The shampoo comes in a gorgeous pink opaque, solid plastic bottle. You cannot imagine a more girlie design than this one. This color makes me think of Barbie. Check it out for yourself: is it possible not to adore this design?

The name of the line and the brand logo, which is a red letter "K," are both made in red. The silver element, which is repeated on the shampoo cap, is a silver strip that crosses the logo and perfectly matches the series’ design.

Along with the series name and logo, the front of the bottle also has a brief description of the shampoo’s name and purpose in an easily readable black font. The shampoo is amazing in every way; even if I wanted to find something wrong with it, I couldn’t find any; in my opinion, it is flawless.

I really liked the men’s Genesis Homme shampoos I had previously used, so I bought the women’s version without hesitation because I knew it would fit me well and I wasn’t wrong.

The incredible scent of Genesis shampoos is the same for both the men’s and women’s versions. It’s true that their scents are exactly the same.

The cream version of Genesis Bain Nutri-fortifiant shampoo has an amazing foaming effect, but like all of its brothers, it’s very economical to use—even a tiny amount on your head will result in a real foam party.

This product also has great washing capabilities; it cleans to a level that is almost imperceptible, almost like a light squeak. The shampoo itself is incredibly gentle, does not dry out, and does not tangle hair.

What makes this shampoo so appealing to me? After just a few applications, it not only provides pronounced volume at the roots and throughout the length, but it also dramatically lowers hair loss.

Ladies, I’m not sure how it works, but the Genesis line of shampoos all possess this genuinely amazing quality. I lose roughly three times as much hair as usual when I use Genesis Bain Nutri-fortifiant on a regular basis.

This shampoo works well with all of my rinse-off and leave-in treatments. It is also suitable for both the natural and bleached sections of my hair, so I can call it universal.

This shampoo has the added benefit of not making me feel as though I need to use a scalp peeling frequently, despite its obvious caring qualities. Even after using Genesis Bain Nutri-fortifiant continuously, I don’t feel pressured to use it frequently.

I really tried, girls, to find at least something to hold on to, but as Katerina famously said, "It has no flaws, it’s the best in the world" (a quote that will only be remembered by movie buffs).

How can I even be upset with it when it even keeps my root zone fresh for a little while longer—roughly thirty minutes? You’re right—it doesn’t.

The spray is packaged in a transparent plastic cylindrical bottle with a subtle pink tint; the bottle’s design complements that of the shampoo. All the product’s information is included on the back, along with a Russification sticker.

The care spray bottle has a sprayer built into it for simple application of the product directly onto hair; the dispenser is sealed with a plastic cap.

The care spray has a consistency similar to milky-pink water but without the sticky feeling. The spray is perfect for this texture, and the dispenser dispenses the product in a fine cloud without jamming or spitting.

I won’t say it again, but the spray smells exactly like the shampoo of the same name. I will say this, though: I love this product every time I use it.

My impressions

The most crucial thing to understand about this spray is that it is definitely not meant to be used alone. It is not a product that can take the place of all the phases of leave-in care for you.

Combining Genesis Défense Thermique with other leave-in products can result in an exquisite aesthetic result. Based on my observations, this spray’s characteristic arises from the need to "seal" the substances it imparts to the hair with denser textures (oil + cream).

How should I use this blowout? Only on wet hair, which I wash and then blow dry with a hairdryer. I split the length into two sections and spray two to three times on each, then use my hands to further distribute the product along the length. I always cover this product with oil and leave-in cream after using it.

When using this option, the spray significantly lessens hair breakage. I can see this in my cut, which hasn’t had a haircut in over seven months, as well as in the front strands. Specifically, I can see this in the curtain bangs (you can read about my decision-making process here), which have currently grown below the chin.
