Moisturizing and smoothing hair? Give me two! How to deal with frizz and electrification of hair during the heating season?

Your hair may face significant challenges during the hot season. Dry indoor air combined with frequent temperature fluctuations can leave your hair unkempt, unmanageable, and static-filled. It can make your hair seem lifeless and difficult to manage, which is more than just annoying.

You’re not alone if you’ve ever battled frizz or hair that seems to become electrified the minute you step inside. During the winter, this is a common occurrence for many people, but there are strategies to combat it and maintain hydrated, smooth hair.

Even when the heat is at its highest, you can prevent dryness and frizz and make your hair easier to manage. Let’s look at some easy, practical ways to maintain the best possible look for your hair throughout the winter.

Preface

I’ve been considering the breathtaking beauties for a while now! I thought about buying Moist and Forte essences even back when I was first choosing care and making plans. Contradictory reviews and, in my opinion, exorbitant price turned me off.

However, the circle continued to close, and I once more came across the brand that had piqued my interest. The arrival of the heating season and all its attendant joys, such as scarves and hats, settled like a weight on my shoulders. A flash of thought about more intensive care crossed my mind. When the circle closed one evening, I was immediately drawn to the white series, which was designed to smooth and moisturize hair. Festive, winter-themed designs along with alluring promises were effective. Smoothing or moisturizing? Give two to me!

Sincerely, I only took a quick look at the lengthy and impressive list of ingredients before deciding to purchase. I noticed silicones, oils, and amino acids in it; these are essential for the winter months when people wear hats and scarves, deal with dry air, and prevent their hair from becoming electrified. I did not carefully read the reviews because my original intention was to use the rinse-off care as a leave-in product. And I’m happy to report that my opinions regarding the use and my "blind" purchase were fully justified.

Aroma cream Lebel IAU Serum Cream

Aroma cream comes in multiple volumes with a similar design for smoothing and moisturizing hair. The price range varies according to the retailer.

  • Miniature 30 ml. and tube 200 ml.;
  • Packages 600 ml. and 1000 ml.

Promises of the manufacturer

Aroma cream to smooth and moisturize hair. intended to nourish and moisturize the structure of the hair. treats damaged hair and hair that has had a perm. Ideal for naturally occurring and mildly damaged hair. eliminates static and keeps hair, especially children’s hair, from tangling. Suitable for colored hair. gives hair elasticity by supplying it with molecular moisture. shields against damaging environmental effects. stops the inhalation of smells from outside sources.

Although the product is advertised as a rinse-off cleaner, I apply it in a different way.

Appearance

I managed to obtain a 200 ml format. Elastic white plastic of the highest caliber makes up the tube. The bottle feels good in your hands and is beautifully executed. The one-piece design doesn’t cause eye strain.

The manufacturer’s information is printed in Japanese on the back of the tube. The seller put a Russified sticker on my tube that included the product’s name, description, application instructions, composition, and expiration date.

Method of application from the manufacturer

Application technique: Divide between your palms and work throughout the length of damp hair that has been shampooed with IAU Serum shampoo, avoiding the scalp and beginning at the ends. After three to seven minutes, remove and wash with water.

Protective membrane and individual packaging – none. Still, I like it when the product has protection from opening and I can know exactly when the expiration date starts.

The expiration date is three years from the date of manufacture.

Composition

The Russified sticker or the Japanese side with the reverse designates the composition.

The arrangement is varied and rich:

  1. Silicones;
  2. Fatty alcohols;
  3. Conditioning component and polyquaterniums;
  4. Oils;
  5. Arginine;
  6. Glycerin.

Composition

Water, sorbitol cyclopentasiloxane, behentrimonium chloride, glycerin, dimethicone, ppg-9 diglyceryl ether, plukenetia volubilis seed oil, dihydroxypropyl arginine hcl, arginine, polyquaternium-107, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, cholesterol, quaternium 33, distearyldimonium chloride, steartrimonium bromide, steartrimonium, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), bis-ethoxydiglycol cyclohexane 1,4-dicarboxylate, dipentaerythrityl hexahydroxystearate/hexastearate/hexarosinate, amodimethicone, dimethiconol, fragrance, lactic acid, methylparaben, propylparaben, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, caramel, c12-14, pareth-12, quaternium 18, ceteth-20, dicocodimonium chloride, steartrimonium chloride

Additionally, the manufacturer highlights the following active ingredients:

Contains a complex of cell membranes called SMS-complex, shea butter, nanogel, and Inca-Inchi seed oil.

I won’t try to break down the composition into its more and less beneficial parts. The composition appears balanced at first glance; different components are in charge of hydration, nutrition, and restoration. Although it makes communication easier, I do not particularly like how hair care cosmetics are divided into "properties." Generally speaking, I anticipate a complex result from a product with this composition: good hair smoothing, conditioning, and protection from outside influences.

Consistency

A hinged lid on a flip-top black dispenser. The dispenser is stable, secure, and gives off a confident vibe.

The lid is easily unscrewed if desired. For me, this is a crucial point! With a cheap cap of Alfaparf Milano Nutritive leave-in conditioner, which is really hard to take off, I suffered a lot. The conditioner’s liquid consistency was always spilling, and the silvery, ugly plastic detracted from the product’s perceived value. This was a pain because of my thin hair and the fact that I didn’t need a lot of leave-in care. I still have to install the Alfaparf conditioner and dispenser.

It has a dense, buttery consistency that does not spread and keeps its shape. Because of the excellent emulsification with water, the consumption is extremely economical.

Aroma

The product’s manufacturer claims that it has an aromatherapy feature.

Aromatherapy: delicate, feminine floral and plant scents with a touch of fruitiness and sweetness.

It has a very subtle, fruity, and fresh scent. There’s still a hardly noticeable trail on the hair. It took me some time to pinpoint exactly what the scent makes me think of. As it happened, it was grapes! Pink, ripe grapes following an autumnal downpour. along with some wet leaves and lemons.

The scent is very strong even though it is "subtlety." I started to get a headache when I was shooting photos.

Why I use rinse-off care as leave-on

As I mentioned before, the purchase was made solely to prevent hair electrification and to shield hair from the heat of the autumn and winter months. It’s a cream, after all! Cream! Give it a shot and persuade me.

The idea of using it as a leave-on treatment sounded more intriguing. I was looking for smoothing, shine, and more than just rinse-off care. And I’m ecstatic that my hopes were realized.

Ultimately, in order to maintain hair during the fall, winter, and any other season, it is imperative that:

  1. Increase hair elasticity – maintain moisture balance, and also pay attention to lipids and occlusives in rinse-off and leave-on care.
  2. Increase strength – sometimes use hydrolyzed proteins, peptides and amino acids.
  3. Increase hair protection – use leave-in products with silicones, proteins, wax and conditioning components.

Fortunately, everything needed to meet the three points is in the composition.

I will repeat the composition without going back to the title and briefly examine each part, which is important for keeping hair healthy in the winter regardless of the season.

Composition

Water Dimethicone, GlyCerin, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cyclopentasiloxane, Sorbitol, and Cetearyl Alcohol Dihydroxymethyl Etera (PPG-9), Plukenetitia volubilis seed oil, and Ceramide 2, Ceramide 3, Cholesterol, Polyquaternium-107, Arginine HCL, Arginine, Quaternium 33, Dipentarythrityl hexahydroxyste Arate/Hexastearate/Hexarosinate, Amodimethicone, Dimethiconol, Bis-Vyxydiglycol Cyclohexane 1.4-Dicarboxylate, Distearyldimonium Chloride, Steartrimonium Bromide, Steartrimonium, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), QuATERNIUM 18, PEG-115M, C12-14, PARETH-12, CETETH-20 Chloride of dicocodimonium, chloride of stemtron, Scent, Sodium Benzoate, Phenoxyethanol, Propylparaben, and Methylparaben booze Caramel, Propylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol

Includes ceramides, oils, and fatty alcohol. What advantages do lipids have for hair?

Fatty alcohols, oils, ceramides, and waxes are examples of lipids. They function as occlusives and emollients in hair cosmetics; they lubricate and soften the cuticle, create slip, and make detangling hair easier. Along with helping to maintain moisture balance, they also form a thin film. Lipids have a primarily surface-level effect, but who would object to hair that is shiny and soft to the touch?

An additional amino acid is arginine. What advantages do amino acids have for hair?

Since amino acids are much smaller than keratin and hydrolyzed proteins, they can attach to the cuticle even more easily, strengthening hair. Because of its antistatic qualities, arginine can concentrate on weaker regions of hair. Warm clothing, hats, and scarves are ideal during this time of year because of the antistatic effect in leave-in products!

All types of wool and synthetic fabrics are more electrifying than cotton, linen, silk, and blended fabrics.

In the winter, hair gets tangled and fluffed up from rubbing it against warm woolen scarves or hats. Wearing hats with linings made of cotton or silk reduces the electric charge’s conductivity, which lessens fluff and "flying" hair.

About sweaters

I adore berets, scarves, and fluffy, woolen sweaters! I am unable to resist. For this reason, antistatic cosmetics are like a magic wand to me. 129668;

The longer the composition remains on the hair when amino acid-containing products are used as leave-in care, the more firmly the amino acids cling to the cuticle. This is definitely advantageous for colored hair, which requires more strength and elasticity in particular.

In addition, conditioning agents and polyquaterniums used in rinse-off and leave-in treatments will aid in the prevention of fluffiness and tangling.

A conditioning component called behentrimonium chloride, the previously mentioned arginine, and several polyquaterniums with an antistatic effect, such as quaternium 33, polyquaternium-107, and quaternium 18, are present in addition to oils, fatty alcohols, and ceramides.

Silicones as a barrier layer

Hair is more protected from mechanical damage and friction by silicone film than it is by thin layers of oils and waxes. Silicones add shine and make combing easier! Additionally, they aid in maintaining the appropriate moisture during the heating process because of their occlusive qualities.

Because a shock dose can take away volume and weigh down the strands, the type of silicones you choose should take into account both your hair type and personal preferences. It’s advantageous that some of them—amodimethicone, for instance—have already mastered the art of selectively settling on hair.

Applying a leave-in care product after rinsing it off?

  1. Smoothing hair, visual effect;
  2. Help in retaining moisture;
  3. Solution to the problem of static, relevant in the autumn-winter time;
  4. Protection from mechanical damage;
  5. Increasing hair strength.

Really not too bad? Additionally, two-in-one functionality, a reduction in the quantity of makeup needed in the next life, and aspirations for minimalism that are currently unattainable. Since everything functions in a complicated way, I also lean toward the belief that it is impossible to pinpoint exactly what aspect of the product’s composition will influence the outcome and that one can only make educated guesses. Furthermore, it’s awesome that the manufacturer’s claims and the hair’s outcome match. Furthermore, there’s no need to chew on the compositions and imagine the result.

Picture following application of the Lebel leave-in cream and Vieso argan mask.

What more can be done to control hair thinning and electrification?

Be mindful of the comb. An inadequate comb may be the cause of hair breakage and electrification. The well-known Tangle Teezer and Janeke, with their sturdy, smooth teeth and high-quality plastic construction, would be fantastic options. The latter has an antistatic effect because of a unique material combination. However, the Tangle Teezer The Wet Denatgler also does a good job of smoothing hair, in my experience.

Give your hair more thought when detangling and conditioning it.

You should focus on washable and leave-in care that contains conditioning ingredients, polyquaterniums, silicones, oils, and amino acids if you want to stop "flying away." When washing your hair, it’s a good idea to detangle, smooth, and give each strand individual attention with a mask or conditioner. Recall the importance of prompt deep cleaning and appropriate leave-in products.

Consider using layered leave-in care.

During the heating season, multi-layer leave-in care that has many films applied is beneficial for improving moisture retention in dry air. Depending on your hair type and preferences, you can use oil, cream, or spray. Before applying leave-in care, you can follow the L.O.C. method or use an alcohol-free moisturizing serum.

How to deal with fluff and hair electrification during the heating season? Conclusions

  1. Choose natural or blended fabrics in hats and scarves – these are silk scarves, berets and bonnets with cotton or silk lining;
  2. Pay attention to the quality of the comb you use;
  3. Choose cosmetics with an antistatic effect;
  4. Carefully treat the strands when applying rinse-off care, do not neglect deep conditioning using the basin method;
  5. Try multi-layered leave-in care.

Comparison with Alfaparf Milano Nutritive Leave-In Conditioner

I made the decision to compare a few items with related purposes. Their composition, consistency, and impact on hair are where they diverge most. I paid nearly the same for both.

The aroma cream has a thick, buttery consistency and holds its shape, as I previously stated. Alfaparf conditioner lacks structure and is runny. Lebel is easier for me to dose because of its dense consistency, something I cannot say about Alfaparf. I use damp hair to apply both products, smoothing and combing as I go.

Alfaparf conditioner conditions hair better, detangles hair more quickly, and is easier to apply. possesses incredible elasticity, shine, and styling memory. Hair is friable and has volume. You will get protein stiffness and tangling if you use too much conditioner.

The conditioner merely enhances the effects of rinse-off care; it possesses no discernible caring qualities. enhances luster. It’s not strong enough for me as a rinse-off care.

Versatile and suitable for both leave-on and rinse-off applications.

Applying the cream to hair is more challenging; it takes more water and time to distribute evenly and detangle hair. It has a noticeable but well-balanced cosmetic effect as a leave-on treatment. The hair is less voluminous and more flexible, and there is a pleasing heaviness and smoothness. It shines less brightly than it does with Alfaparf.

Depending on how much water is used and how well it is rinsed off, styling memory is mediocre. Less water results in more styling memory; more water results in more smoothness and smoothing. As suggested by the manufacturer, I always warm the cream in my palms before using it, and I’ve discovered that it prefers a lot of water when applied to achieve the desired effect.

Compared to Alfaparf, it is even simpler to overdo it with a portion; the only difference is that the outcome is overfed, tangled strands. It’s crucial to determine your own dosage when using to avoid going overboard.

I now prefer Lebel even though there are minor variations between the two products.

My hand has only reached for it for the past fifteen days. Maybe it just happened to fit with my current desire for gorgeous hair. Ultimately, the snow-white beauty’s hair has more of the desired heaviness and smoothing.

However, it’s possible that I’ll notice the red Silky cream when there’s space for a freshly opened jar. The girls have already discussed how well it works as a stand-in.

Dry air during the heating season can cause frizzy, static-prone hair that is difficult to manage. Using hydrating shampoos, conditioners, and leave-in treatments will help you keep your hair hydrated so you can combat frizz and electrification. While reducing exposure to heat styling tools, using smoothing serums or oils can also help tame unruly strands and create a sleek, polished look.

Compatibility with Vieso

I use Vieso in my rinse-off care regimen. Serums and honey cream are among the arsenal items. Many people complain that Vieso is erratic and incompatible with other brands. I enjoyed observing the clash between Loreal thermal protection and Vieso rinse-off care on my hair.

On my hair, Vieso and Lebel don’t clash if you know the quantity.

I can’t help but observe how the honey in the cream enhances the moisturizing qualities of the Vieso nourishing mask. It takes a while for hair to become cool, silky, and touchable. I’m happy to report that the leave-in product’s smoothing qualities balance out the honey mask’s lightness and fluff.

The Vieso honey mask, Alfaparf leave-in conditioner, and a few drops of Vieso Ylang-Ylang serum have become my go-to combo for cold styling. Alfaparf produces full, elastic curls. The outcome is different with Lebel—lazy, carefree waves. Moreover, applying Ylang-Ylang serum on top is no longer necessary. It’s simple to overeat strands.

These days, I most frequently switch between a healing argan mask Vieso and a honey mask. It turns out that my hair requires a delicate balance of attention. My favorite outcome at the moment is smooth, nourished, and moderately dense, heavy hair—a result that is enhanced by the aroma cream and the visual impact of the argan mask. The braid’s nighttime wave eventually smoothes out, leaving little styling memory.

I’ve noticed good compatibility between rinse-off care and Vieso care based on my observations of the latter’s performance as a leave-in. However, I don’t think Lebel cream can moisturize as well as the well-known Kaaral Hydra mask or the Vieso honey mask. It doesn’t interfere with the effects of rinse-off care and has a balanced cosmetic effect. Gives hair a nice shine, heft, and smoothness while delicately balancing appropriate masks.

Experience has taught me that no leave-in can extract an improper and produce the same results as an appropriate rinse-off care.

Concentrated aroma mask Lebel IAU Serum Mask

Two volumes of a concentrated aroma mask for dry, damaged, and curly hair are available; the cost varies depending on where you buy it.

  • Miniature 25 g.;
  • Full-size puck 170 g.

Manufacturer"s promises

Intense maintenance for porous, dry, curly hair. A concentrated aroma mask helps damaged, dry, rough, porous, unruly, curly, and rebellious hair get moisturized and restored. keeps the vibrancy of dyed hair and gives it a radiant shine. Makes hair incredibly soft and manageable. Control over hydrogen bonding, made possible by a special complex in the composition, inhibits fluffiness formation even in humid weather. neutralizes derivative residues left over from chemical exposure.

Appearance

My little baby weighs 25 grams. The jar is tiny—it resembles a toy! The design remains the same, featuring a black screw-on cap and white tones. No defense against opening is present. On the washer, there are Russian indications for the product description, application technique, and expiration date.

Manufacturer"s instructions

Apply the mask evenly throughout the length of your damp, shampoo-washed hair after warming it up in your palms. When working with severely damaged hair structure, treat the damaged areas of the hair with IAU Pure Booster nano-activator and apply the mask without washing it off to ensure deep and active penetration of the mask components. Avoid massaging the scalp. After rinsing with water and leaving for three to ten minutes, begin styling. Steer clear of the eyes.

The expiration date is three years from the date of manufacture.

Composition

The English composition on the miniature is located at the bottom. Yes, it makes understanding easier after learning Japanese.

Composition

Water, cetearyl alcohol, glycerin, cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone, hydrogenated polyisobutene, behentrimonium chloride, amodimethicone, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, c10-30 cholesterol/lanosterol esters, isononyl, isononanoate, dihydroxypropyl arginine hcl, arginine, hydroxypropyl arginine lauryl/myrist yl ether hcl, lanolin acid, phytosteryl/octyldodecyl lauroyl glutamate, dioctyldodeceth-2 lauroyl glutamate, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed extract, distearyldimonium chloride, steartrimonium bromide, cocamidopropyl betaine, ceteareth-7, ceteareth-13, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium lactic, acid sodium acetate, acetic acid, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylparaben, alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butylene glycol, caramel

With the exception of the mask’s linoleic acid content and lack of ceramides and Inca-ichi oil, the compositions of the mask and aromatic cream are similar. A complex of cell membranes, oil Karit, nanogel, and Inca-Ichi seed oil (which is not included in the mask) are still promised to the manufacturer.

Consistency and aroma

The consistency is thick, batter-like, and remarkably frugal—just like its predecessor. I’m not even sure which nut or berry to use as an example to get the necessary amount of masks. Considering the heavy usage of water—one tonsil—my hair is consumed just below the shoulders. I’ve got enough miniature babies for a very long time, just need a few weeks.

Similar in scent, but a touch sharper and more potent; it has a grape lemon scent with a crisp green quality.

Application and effect on the hair

Here, I won’t invent a bicycle; instead, I’ll use it exactly as the manufacturer instructed. I warm the necessary amount in my palms before applying, add a lot of water, and smooth the product over my hair.

The strands instantly smooth out, the hair does not fall out, and the mask fully absorbs. It only takes five minutes, or one application moment, for me to notice a difference.

When used, the outcome is aesthetically pleasing and well-balanced, much like its predecessor. but a lot more powerful! In actuality, the mask focuses on application effect as well as consumption.

The fabric has a shine and is pleasantly heavy, nourished, and smooth. The mask’s effects last for two days, or until your next wash, and your hair won’t require extra leave-in products to stay in good condition. Since neither product has a noticeable moisturizing effect, I would prefer to switch them out or use them in conjunction with something that draws moisture.

I overdid the mask’s holding time, which is why my gifs look a little beat up by life lessons. Compared to the cream Lebel and the argan mask Vieso, the braid’s wave is more noticeable and long-lasting.

Regular use, prolonged exposure to a deep rinse treatment, and concurrent use of the eponymous cream as a leave-in can all lead to a build-up in my thin, henna-dyed hair.

Such a concentrate, in my opinion, will appeal more to the taste of dyed hair. Bright cosmetic effects can, after all, aid in extending colored hair’s resistance to outside influences in between hairstyles.

Simply because of the miniature’s remarkable appearance and great value, it is worth taking notice. The full size is not entirely justified, in my opinion, but the price for a 25-gram volume is.

The versatility of the mask is diminished by the requirement for a combination with a hydrating rinse-off treatment, but it retains its application for colored hair. If I have to choose between two items from the same line, I’ll stick with the aroma cream. Twice a month, I will treat myself to the baby mask.

The miniature’s tiny size in relation to the 200 ml capacity is seen in the photo.

Problem Solution
Frizz caused by dry indoor air Use a humidifier to keep moisture in the air, and apply leave-in conditioner to lock hydration in the hair.
Hair electrification due to synthetic fabrics Switch to natural fabric hats and scarves, and use anti-static hair sprays to reduce static buildup.
Heat damage from indoor heating Use heat protectant sprays and oils to shield your hair, and limit the use of heat styling tools.
Lack of shine and smoothness Apply a weekly deep conditioning mask and finish your hair routine with a serum to add smoothness and shine.

It’s not always necessary to fight frizz and electrified hair during the heating season. These typical wintertime hair problems can be reduced by using the proper products and maintaining well-hydrated hair.

Using heat protectants, choosing leave-in serums or oils, and doing regular deep conditioning can all help to maintain sleek, silky hair. Remember to use fewer hot styling tools whenever you can, and think about getting a humidifier to prevent the air in your house from drying out your hair.

Even in the worst winter weather, your hair can remain healthy and manageable with a little extra care. You can keep your hair looking its best all season long by making small but effective changes to your hair care regimen.
