About the brand
The French haute couture brand Balmain only wears clothes and accessories to conceal its true artistic creations.
Balmain offers a sizable selection of hair care items in addition to other products. It’s hard to pinpoint the exact time of its debut, but the earliest references I could find took place in the summer of 2015. The brand made its debut in Russia during the fall of 2017 following a relatively low-key presentation.
Cosmetics has an Instagram account and a separate website. And I’ll stay here for a little while right now.
You can select the language and the nation on their main page; by default, Britain is selected. The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, America, Spain, and France are additional options.
And notice how each country’s home page is different!
Germany, the Netherlands, and Britain They greet us with a chic black men’s ruler:

Spanish people Accessories, limited edition collections, and a general feeling of the brand’s premiumness entice them in:

Yes, you do realize where well-groomed and wealthy men can be found.
This method merely becomes enamored with itself. You get the impression that a company was thinking about you as well, given how they feel about their audience. Individual offers, not just "here’s a website, it has cosmetics and you’ll figure it out somehow." I consider Balmain to be an exemplar of a luxury brand. 128420;

My products
Before my impressions
I dislike manually copying the composition from the bottle again in the office, as do a lot of indolent people. discover the composition from vendors or on websites; it’s a roulette. That’s the reason I typically visit a website, read the reviews, and copy the composition if it fits. Indeed, following the purchase
I couldn’t ignore the overwhelming amount of contradictory reviews and decide not to write another one. Crucial! Reviews of the previous iteration of the moisturizing shampoo are irrelevant to the current version because the product underwent significant compositional changes in 2018.
Balmain Moisturizing Set
I purchased the items as a set rather than individually. I buy a box because I see one. The gift box that holds the shampoo, conditioner, and mask is really lovely and useful for holding various small items.
Don’t berate me for the old photo; I was just getting started.
What can I say about the entire set? Both aesthetically and tactilely, it is exquisite. Convenient packaging, premium materials, and thoughtful design. Luxuriousness is luxuriant.
Every product comes with a Russified sticker on the back that is resistant to even a worldwide flood. After three months of standing on the shower floor and frequently drizzling water over the jars, the pictures were taken.
A tiny disclaimer: in spite of its name, the set is nourishing and moisturizing because it includes a significant amount of argan oil in addition to moisturizing ingredients.
Shampoo
We had a balanced relationship with shampoo. I put off trying Alterna, L’occitane, Zolotoy Shelk, Oribe, Mone, and Kerastase repeatedly at first because I thought they were better. However, when the summer marathon arrived, I decided to give it another go under the motto "moisturize, moisturize, and moisturize a little more." Additionally, "moisturizing" is written on the shampoo.
I found out that the first surprise was here after over-moisturizing as a result of Hydra. A change of shampoo was the first thing that came to mind after savoring the sight of a weak-willed broom. For example, I’ll be happy to switch out my moisturizing shampoo for a nourishing one. I was horrified as I lathered myself up with a bottle of Oribe Gold Lust.
That squeak—what is it? This tangled hair, what is it? Where is my silky, silky canvas beneath the waterfalls that I am so accustomed to using to wash my hair with Balmain shampoo? Why did my roots become oily by that same day’s evening? Anyhow, what is this? Cancel, roll back, come back right away!
The world was changing color in front of my eyes the next time I washed my hair and I held that precious bottle in my hands. And this post’s opening lines themselves flashed before my eyes.
Let’s examine the description and composition. Argan oil, silk amino acids, a variety of moisturizers and moisture-retaining ingredients, as well as silicone emulsions with conditioning properties, are all found there.
How is it possible? Not only is our shampoo nourishing, but it is also moisturizing. It also makes things condition. and brews coffee. I stroked the bottle tenderly and thought, "Deception everywhere."
What impressions do we have?
- elegant perfume composition that does not linger on the hair
- soft rinsing, not squeaky
- smoothing
- balanced nutrition and hydration
- no accumulation
- average consumption (I wash my hair twice)
- aesthetic pleasure
- maintaining the standard frequency of washing (once every two or three days)
- preserving volume
- goes well with any masks at all – both moisturizing and nourishing
too good for the native conditioner
Will be ideal for owners of:
- low- and medium-porosity natural and dyed straight hair;
- non-greasy scalp;
- medium and thick hair (for thin hair it can eat up volume
- Suitable for those looking for a basic shampoo that gives pleasure
Conditioner
Like shampoo, conditioner is a creature that has a catch. The words "for dry and colored hair"—that is, "for dry and colored hair"—come immediately after the enormous inscription "moisturizing."
The conditioner is gentle, fragrant and delicate. It is perfectly distributed over the hair and is washed off comfortably, without leaving a greasy feeling.
- the aroma is like that of shampoo, it also does not linger
- delicate application, enveloping and rinsing
- giving friability
- balanced nutrition and hydration
- no accumulation
- average consumption
- aesthetic pleasure
- protection from UV radiation
- preservation of volume
- moisture retention
- not able to calm hydra and other highly moisturizing masks
- ideal in combination with nourishing/restorative ampoules and masks.
- everyday conditioner
- finishing touch for those who close masks with conditioner
- conditioner for undamaged hair
- Long-term as the only step in care – will not replace a mask
- For those who want super-smoothness. It does not fluff, but the iron does not will replace
Shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in products are shown in the first picture (notice the triangle representing my hair’s typical state and the small amount of fluff that usually forms a cloud in the root zone). The second is Kaaral Reale ampoule, conditioner, and shampoo (hair is nourished and manageable).
Mask
The healing mask is the gem of my set.
Its delicate texture made me a little afraid the first time I used it that I had mixed something up and was going to put face cream on my hair! Furthermore, the membrane—typical for facial care—was unclear.
Wonderful is the jar, wonderful is the consistency, wonderful is the aroma, and wonderful is the effect! 128420;
- it spreads easily and pleasantly over the hair
- dry hair is incredibly soft, but at the same time not weak-willed
- gives a pleasant density
- tactilely and visually increases density
- perfectly nourishes and moisturizes the hair in the proportion it needs,
- on the first day it looks like “from an advertisement”, on the second day it’s just beautiful hair
- doesn’t require sealing with leave-in products
- has a prolonged effect, once a week is enough to maintain a beautiful appearance and condition
- works equally well on damaged and natural hair (but if all my hair was damaged, I would use it more often than once a week)
- economical consumption.
Disregard the fact that my eyes are fixed on the wall.I also included a picture taken from the front because, ever since that incident, I always check my hair from the front as well as the back of the canvas.
Additionally, it should be noted that my hair may not appear to lie well. It’s not your imagination, it’s true, but the issue is with the unattractive haircut—I counted about five different hair types! I will undoubtedly get a haircut both during and after the marathon.
Shampoo, conditioner, Balmain mask, compliment mask with pepper (which also fluffed up the roots), and natural drying are shown in the picture. Really, life is better now.
My other products
Apart from the moisturizing set, I possess three additional sprays:
- Balmain Sun Protection Spray
- Texturizing Salt Spray
- Balmain Leave-in Conditioner Spray
Their reactions to the sunscreen mist I put this description of it in one of my posts:
Brief observations about the spray: it smells amazing and does a great job of coating hair, but it obviously can’t do the job by itself. I used it on my dry hair, and it instantly got wet, so I had to leave the room. While additional products are required for the full effect, I believe it to be a good sun protection option.
Shine! I almost forgot! It has a very cosmic shine to it! Aliens sit somewhere far away and aim receivers at us, concentrating on my hair.
I don’t really use it when I’m at home, so I haven’t had a chance to add to this opinion yet.
Spray for texturizing My boyfriend had curls, so I sprayed him, and he was happy that the curls held well and were elastic and soft.
Spray for leave-in conditioner I usually apply it after thick, nourishing masks. Since I already mentioned that, I can’t really get excited about it.
However, I came to the conclusion that, as a first step in my skincare regimen, I don’t like sprays (I might revisit them later, who knows).
Among its benefits are its lovely scent and its simple, extremely affordable application. Additionally, it handles conditioning functions flawlessly. Nonetheless, I continue to favor dense textures, washable or not.
