Goals: promoting development and purifying How do we employ? once every seven days. According to the instructions, after shampooing, apply to the roots, massage the scalp, and then rinse. This isn’t how I can do it. First of all, it stays in my long hair after washing. Second, there isn’t any feeling of freshly washed hair after using. For this reason, I apply it to damp hair before shampooing, focusing on the roots. I wash it with water first, then shampoo afterwards.
Why? Shave your scalp to get rid of dead skin cells, dandruff, and makeup residue. Blood flow to the hair follicles increases when pores open. (And our favorite growth is this one.) What is the price of it? 250 rubles My thoughts regarding the product: The fact that I don’t adhere to the usage instructions bothers me. The product itself smells like almonds, looks like a dessert, and is easy to apply. It also has a fairly pleasant consistency. However, it is very challenging to wash off. For this reason, I won’t be buying this product again, and I also advise against using it. My favorite is Natura Siberica.
3. L"oreal Mythic Oil Shampoo
Purpose: cleansing How we use? As needed. I used to wash my hair every three days, but for six months now I have been washing it every other day. In the summer I can do it every day, for freshness. As for washing with shampoo, there is a nuance here. First I apply shampoo to the scalp, massage, rinse. Then I apply shampoo to the tail, lather, rinse. Why twice? Again, this is due to multi-layered care, if you do not cleanse the length well, the hair looks weighed down, dull, crumpled, when so much accumulates on it… Foam on the length, I think, is not enough for high-quality cleansing. You can argue with me, but this is my opinion.
Why? I think everyone knows why we need shampoo. But here, too, I have my own secret. I alternate two shampoos: nourishing (in this case L"oreal mythic oil) with a lighter, moisturizing one, for example Kaaral Happy Sun). But I always look at the composition, so that there are useful things in the shampoo. It is good if it contains oils (Loreal Mythic oil contains grape seed cottonseed oil). Kaaral Happy Sun Bamboo contains: aloe extract and vitamins A, E, C, as well as protective UV filters, which are so necessary in the summer. How much does it cost? 600 rubles My comments on the product: The shampoo is very soft, creates a gentle foam, when you wash it off – the feeling is like after applying oil to your hair. But at the end we get clean and soft hair. Kaaral is also good, but my hand reaches for the first one more.
4. L"oreal Mythic Oil Mask
Goal: hydration and nourishment How do we employ? Following each shampooing, I apply it to my hair by gently squeezing it out by hand (I never use a towel), comb it with my fingers, hold it in place as directed, and then wash it off.
Why? I believe that a mask is the basis of care. The progress of our hair depends on the hair mask on the way from a broom to a silk cloth. What your mask will be – moisturizing, nourishing or restorative – it is up to you to decide. I have two for dry and porous hair, nourishing and moisturizing, Alterna bamboo kendi, by the way, I am also happy with it, it has a completely opposite effect, polishing hair and elasticity. There is no need for a restorative mask yet. How much does it cost? 1000 rubles My comments on the product: the mask is perfect for all hair types. Makes hair soft, silky, detangles and smoothes. To date, this is my favorite nourishing mask.
5. Ampoule for hair Farmavita Amethyste hydrate
The goal is to moisturize How do I use it? Once a week, I apply the mask to my hair, gently squeezing it out by hand (I don’t use a towel), precisely on the length, backing away from the roots by 5–10 cm, holding it for a few minutes, and then washing it off.
Why? Ampoules are very heavy artillery. Heavier than masks, in my opinion. And if you use a good shampoo, a good mask, good leave-in products, and you are still not satisfied with the quality of your hair – add ampoules to the matter! They contain concentrated beneficial components, and, as a rule, they work more effectively. If you choose the right ampoules, you won’t have to wait years to see a difference in the appearance of your hair. How much does it cost? 1 ampoule 90 rubles My comments on the product: The smell is disgusting, but the result is worth it. Hair turns into silk, its volume becomes significantly smaller, the quality is better. Ampoules work.
6. Alerana Root Care Tonic
Goal: promoting growth How do I use it? After applying the hair roots to a dried towel, we massage the scalp for a few minutes to evenly distribute the product.
Why? This is the key to the growth of strong, thick, healthy hair. It is the application of leave-in products (be it a spray, lotion, tonic, serum, etc.d.) on damp scalp helps prevent and treat hair problems such as dandruff, oiliness, slow hair growth. Regarding the latter, you shouldn"t expect an immediate effect. This product should definitely be on your bathroom shelf and used according to the instructions. I usually buy such products at the pharmacy and adhere to the motto "the more natural, the better". Again, usefulness in the composition, in the form of herbal extracts, oils and plants will be very useful, and vitamins and minerals – even more so. Each product should be used in courses and it is better to choose according to the type of scalp. How much does it cost? 400 rubles My comments on the product: I am happy with the Alerana tonic-care so far. It smells neutral, the scalp is fresh after it, the hair is soft, the spray is excellent. As for growth – I can"t say yet, I haven"t measured it. We will see in the results of the marathon!
7. Moisturizing spray Le Stafford Coco Loco
The goal is to moisturize How do we make use of it? Apply to damp, towel-dried hair after every wash. 6-7 sprays is what I suggest for long hair. Water is a great medium for carrying our applications. Additionally, you can prevent dryness and preserve moisture in your hair by using a moisturizing spray.
Why? Firstly, this is the product that slowly but surely, over months and even years, allows your hair to achieve elasticity and moisture. You shouldn"t use it as a magic wand for a cosmetic effect. And you shouldn"t skimp on it. The spray should be of high quality, it carries an important function of the "MOISTURIZING" link. Also, the spray allows me to comb my hair easier. And I usually comb it wet. This is not right, but I can"t cope with my fluffy curly hair any other way. I don"t advise you to follow my example. Wet hair is very easy to damage. How much does it cost? 700r My comments on the product: a very pleasant to use Lee Stafford spray has a wonderful aroma of coconut perfume, does not weigh down the hair when used correctly, moisturizes well, helps to untangle the hair. At the moment I am spritzing it and starting a new spray Barex Olioseta Silk and Linseed Instant Conditioner Spray-balm with silk proteins and flax seed, contains protective UV filters and has an acidic PH (I will also use it after toning as a stabilizer)
8. Heat protection L"oreal Tec Iron

Ten minutes after using the moisturizing spray, rub a good amount of the product into your hands and work it into your hair, keeping a few centimeters away from the roots. Before using an iron for straightening or curling, I put on heat protection. I really dislike using a hair dryer to dry my hair because it is too heavy.
Why? Using thermal devices, we risk being left with dry and lifeless hair. Firstly, keratin, which is mostly what the hair itself consists of hair, really does not like heating, it is certain death for it. Secondly, the cortex containing the pigment that determines the hair color is exposed when heated without the use of heat protection. With regular use of curling irons and curling irons on wet hair, all the moisture evaporates from the hair and the lipid layer is destroyed, which leads to the destruction of protein. High temperatures affect hair in such a way that it loses color and shine, becomes brittle, hence breakage and split ends. How much does it cost? 1000 rubles My comments on the product: I really like the thermal protection, unlike the previous one from Kaaral – it helps make hair smooth and does not weigh it down. It is impossible to overdo it, the more you apply – the smoother the hair. I want to note the specific smell of men"s perfume.
9. Nourishing oil Organix Coconut milk
Goal: defense How do I use it? Apply a tiny drop to the back of your hair, away from the roots, after rubbing it between your palms. If you use thermal protection, apply it on the styled hair 10 minutes after spraying. If not, apply it earlier.
Why? It is the leave-in products of cream/serum/oil consistency that help combat hair breakage and split ends, create a protective barrier on the surface, and in general, in their functionality, can combine the action of several products at once. It was with the appearance of leave-in products in my arsenal that I was able to grow my hair without cutting off 3 dead cm every month. I prefer the “oil” format, creams often take away the lightness and shine. IMHO. How much does it cost? 750 rubles My comments on the product: I am happy with it, in general I have not tried bad products from Organics, the oil is very thick in consistency, oh-so-very, but I do not feel its heaviness on my hair. It has a sweet aroma and is very economical to use. It really helps to cut your hair less often.
10. Low hold hair gloss
Goal: Well, we ought to have something "just like that, for beauty," at the very least. How do we employ? I spray my hair after styling it from a minimum of 20 centimeters away.

I do not consider my hair to be very damaged, because I have never bleached or experimented with henna, clay, fairy, etc.. My hair has no history of abuse. I am simply the owner of naturally dry curly hair. In my case, “growing out my color and cutting off damaged ends” will not help.
