I was eager to try some high-quality hair products. When I first started using the curly method, I purchased Meela meelo shampoo because I had curly hair. Regretfully, I wasn’t enamored with it. They dubbed it "Pepper," I believe. My hair and scalp felt tight and dried out. It felt really difficult on my scalp. I was upset and gave up on this idea, not trying anything similar for two years.

Two years have passed. Everything is like in a fog. I come across an Instagram account with a store of solid shampoos and various cosmetics based on the Zero Waste principle in Minsk. I understood that there were only two possible scenarios: either I buy and try again, or I don’t try. And of course I bought it. I chose a solid shampoo with aloe for colored hair, which has a low pH. Cool, I thought, because I have not seen this from anyone from the previously proposed options. I think it"s fate. But what about the keratin on my hair? And if it washes away everything it can, and I"m left without keratin and hair? Having desperately bought it, I went home to try it.

Like nearly everyone else on the earth, I used regular liquid shampoo to wash my hair. My scalp type is oily and sensitive, so when something doesn’t work, I get dandruff and itching right away. You realize that the risk is at its highest.

I used to always have Vichy keratolytic medicated shampoo at home to treat my psoriasis before that. Especially for psoriasis, why? You enquire. And I can assure you that it effectively relieved any itching, dryness, and crusts that may have developed on the head. It also carefully handled my hair, considering that I was wearing a mask.

Impressions after solid shampoo with aloe for colored hair

I use it to wash my hair after that. It lathers wonderfully. I start by lathering the bar in my hands, then I apply the foam to my hair, rinse, repeat the process twice, and then I rinse once more. The feelings are beyond words. How softly it cleans. Most likely, I have never encountered anything similar. The foam is very smooth! My hair is even untangled, so it doesn’t appear dry. When I wash my head by tipping it over the bathtub, a lump of hair usually forms on the back of my head, but this time it wasn’t there.

Is it true that I found the same shampoo? There was, incidentally, no repulsive squeak. It makes a small squeaking sound, doesn’t feel like a washcloth when you wash it, and makes you want to apply something oily instead of just clean hair. I apply a mask that is still liquid out of the jar, wash it off after ten minutes, and the surface is smooth as glass when submerged in water. Really? I pondered. Yes, it seems like something occurred that I was unable to recall. It was what I had imagined it would be like two years ago.

I begin to style my hair. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. Everything was styled perfectly, the ends do not look like a washcloth, and the most the main thing is that the mask showed even more possibilities than it could. More than with liquid shampoo. All liquid shampoos in my arsenal do not have silicones, at most some polyquaternium-10, because shampoos with silicones make my head itch. But the emotions in terms of cleanliness with liquid and solid shampoo cannot be compared, for me personally the sensations seemed maximally different.

The two-week usage period is over. Approximately every day or every other day, I would wash it with it. Everything in its proper place, complete with thermal protection, masks, and occasionally leave-in conditioner for the ends. And I see the following modifications: The issue of dryness and dandruff has disappeared, and the hair is more vibrant, less oily, and does not electrify (yes, even after keratin). After using it for two weeks, is it really true that my head doesn’t itch? And the hair still has keratin on it. Something that seemed impossible.

Solid conditioner and impressions after using it

I continued. I purchased a sturdy conditioner. But on a shelf in a shop that a young woman from our city who makes crafts rents out, not where I got my solid shampoo. I felt that there was no point in doing this, so it seemed like a huge risk. How mistaken I was.

With complete uncertainty, after washing with solid shampoo, I take this bar. I lather it in my hands (as if I were trying to get fire) and with difficulty extract the emulsion from it. Something worked. I apply it to my hair from my hands, I decided to run the bar through my hair for greater effect. You know. It felt like there was nothing on my hair. That"s right, absolutely nothing. I combed it and obediently waited 5 minutes to evaluate the effect. During these 5 minutes, I had already managed to get upset in advance, I thought that this was all a useless undertaking, there could be nothing better in the world than a liquid mask. And I start to wash it off.

Smoothness that is silky. I was astounded by what I saw, and I can’t wait to see the outcome once my hair is completely dry. I begin drying after applying heat protection. Women. I’m practically crying as I stand here. Obviously, from happiness. The result is amazing—this was it, without a doubt? The composition consists solely of oils and other ingredients; silicones are absent, leaving the hair feeling delightfully cool. And with that kind of result? As though the results of the regular masks and conditioners could be better. It’s all about the intense focus, in my opinion.

The hair was cool and silky, with no signs of dryness. I had the same feeling when my "experiment" revealed to me that solid cosmetics are a legitimate product that function fairly well given their typical composition.

Indeed, considering keratin, my hair appears even more beautiful when using solid products as opposed to liquid ones. What did the liquid shampoo give me? From one extreme to the other, my hair was either snot-like after washing, which naturally made them shine like a mirror after drying, but soon became greasy at the roots, as if my liquid shampoos had overdried the length of the hair; alternatively, my hair was sponge-like, and after a month I started to notice dry ends.

Right now, solid ones fulfill every need I have: friability, freshness at the roots, smoothness of the length, and a natural shine without looking "licked." I never would have guessed that coco-sulfate would be so perfect for my scalp. I have no idea what itching is!

I want to show what I have in my arsenal at the moment

• Bubblz solid shampoo with aloe vera for colored hair (pH 4.5-5). Gently cleanses the scalp, does not weigh down the hair, making it shiny and friable. Suitable for normal and oily hair at the roots, and dry at the ends. Bar weight 65-70 g. This is my second bar of this type of shampoo, the first one was successfully washed off.

Composition

Aloe vera gel, lactic acid, aromatic oil, sodium coco-sulfate, nettle hydrolate, macadamia oil, olive oil, moisturizing and vitamin complexes, and cosmetic pigment.

Though this is just conjecture, it appears to me that lactic acid acids are what cause the lower pH level. The shampoo that is being used actually cleans hair gently, foams up nicely, doesn’t cause any dryness, and simultaneously detangles and cleans. Such effortless naturalness. The bar itself is a little greasy rather than dry like Meela meelo. I’ve been using it religiously and haven’t noticed any decline in my hair—just improvements.

My hair is soft, perfectly styled (not all shampoos helped me style my hair well), and the ends of my hair do not dry out even with keratin straightening. Any mask or conditioner opens up brighter when you use it. In addition, I noticed that my hair became less frizzy after sleeping. I really liked the shampoo in use! I am a fan of the coolness in products! In general, they consider it with a pH level of 7, but how surprised I was when washing. In terms of sensations, it turned out to be even more gentle than aloe. They both work well, but the effect is about the same: with aloe we get clean, crumbly hair, smooth. With menthol, the sensations are about the same, perhaps the cleansing ability is slightly greater in sensations, but they clean together 10 out of 10, there are no unwashed areas. There is good volume from the roots from both representatives. It would seem. But as it is from experience.

By the way, menthol produces a more creamy, fine foam than aloe, which is more silky and large and achieved instantly. I can’t stop myself from wanting to try different shampoos. I give everything I take on my all.

• Solid balm for damaged hair with jasmine scent from a craftsman from my city.

Ingredients:

BTMS, sweet almond, shea, coconut, and sweet almond oils; unrefined oils; d-panthenol; nettle extract; jasmine blend.

Honestly, I don’t like the scent of jasmine, it smells to me like my grandmother’s perfume from childhood. But I wanted to risk trying it so much that without thinking I took it off the shelf. The bar is greasy, but the emulsion is not easy to extract from it. I didn’t expect anything when applying it, it was as if I didn’t even feel it on my hair, but when rinsing it off it gave a silky smooth surface! I apply a heat protection spray and start drying with a hairdryer. Honestly, I was stunned. I have everything: smoothness and softness, the ends of my hair are of excellent quality, I’m happy. A truly valuable product!

• Bubblz liquid balm with keratin.

The keratin-infused balm softly nourishes and maintains the natural moisture content of hair. keeps everything useful inside the hair. Balm in a glass jar that is reusable and can be put back in the store after use. Nice?) It proved to be incredibly practical! The balm is medium in fat content, smells like a traditional hand cream, and has the consistency of sour cream.

Composition

Hydrolate, BTMS, moisturizing complex, sharomix, coconut oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, keratin, and aromatic oil.

To be honest, I had no doubts about the balm"s work. As usual, I washed my hair twice, after which I took a spoon (it is inconvenient to take it from the jar with my fingers and I don"t want to), applied about 1 heaped dessert spoon to my hair, which is slightly less than a teaspoon, and began to emulsify it on my hair with water and a comb. The exposure was about 7 minutes. I always try to keep masks / balms / conditioners for at least 5 minutes. During this time, it really gently nourished my hair, it was washed off my hair quite easily, I always wash it off thoroughly.

I then used a towel to blot my hair and thermal protection to finish drying it. What impact does it have? Hair that is smooth, light, and manageable but still incredibly soft. I was happy with that.) A decent workhorse, if you will. All of the liquid/solid conditioners I have tried, in general, provide even more softness than those found in stores. I checked this fact because I didn’t think it was true, and I’m amazed!
