A little about my hair
Just to refresh your memory, my hair is currently:
- curly;
- with 35% gray hair;
- very hard and thick, but at the same time fragile;

My impressions
At first, I was certain that taking care of my hair at night would require an additional step. Despite my strong desire to purchase this Blond Absolu serum, I was unable to rationalize it as a "necessary" purchase.
If something is truly important to you, it’s likely that you currently need it.
Sometimes it seems like you’re buying things entirely out of emotion, but other times, it turns out that you’re actually buying what you need, instinctively, without even realizing it. That’s precisely what happened to me when I bought this night serum. I was correct when I felt, deep down, that my hair required extra attention while I slept.
I can now clearly see and understand how what at the time seemed like a pointless waste of money ended up being the missing piece in care.
I make two uses of the night serum:
- Between washing your hair at night, that is, exactly as the manufacturer advises.
- Immediately after washing my hair in a leave-in "sandwich" (spray serum oil).
I now wash my hair in the morning once every two days. I apply Blond Absolu serum in the evening before bed as part of this washing routine. I take a portion that I get from fully pressing the dispenser, rub it between my palms, and apply it to my hair, working the strands thoroughly from the middle out. I then comb them through a Tangle Teezer (I went into detail about two of my favorite TT models here).
I can use this serum right away after washing my hair in the evening, right after the spray, and before I apply the leave-in oil. The application method is still the same: I take the portion that comes from pressing once on the dispenser, rub it between my palms, and start applying it to the middle of my hair.
What results do I get from the night serum? My hair feels extremely moisturized, elastic, whippy, and cold in the morning after using this serum the previous day. It’s also very easy to comb through. They have the entire impression of having just had salon care applied to them. The fact that the hair treated with this serum stays crumbly and does not get heavier after sleeping is what matters most.
After using this product, I noticed a noticeable improvement in quality. The cut also holds up well for a very long time, even after going more than six months without a haircut.
It was surprising how well the night serum worked for both the bleached area and naturally occurring hair.
