Masks without silicones, a new wave of popularity? I remember my products for the year

Haircare products are constantly changing, and silicone-free masks have become a notable trend. Many people are switching to silicone-free options in order to achieve healthier, more natural-looking hair as they become more conscious of what ingredients are in our beauty products. The reason these masks are so well-liked is that they nourish hair while preventing silicones from leaving behind a thick, artificial layer.

This change in popularity is a result of people’s increasing desire for haircare routines to be transparent and simple. Consumers are searching for goods that provide real advantages without endangering the environment or their health. For individuals who favor a more natural approach to haircare, silicone-free masks are a popular option because they frequently contain natural ingredients that provide the utmost hydration and repair.

We’ll explore the reasons behind the growing popularity of silicone-free masks in this post, along with my own experiences using different products all year long. You will discover a wealth of information about how these masks can change your haircare regimen, regardless of how long you have been a supporter of natural beauty products or how recently you have begun to dabble in this trend.

1.Garnier Superfood masks.

They deserve to be listed first in the listings. I sampled three different kinds in all: Goji, Aloe, and Banana. Since I’ve already begun to share my story about the banana, I won’t try to be too clever and add new insights. I will only say that, as a mask and as a lasting caring person, she did not lose her "rating" for me. An excellent choice. The Goji story was brief, but I will also touch on it briefly.

Garnier Fructis Superfood Aloe for hair that needs moisture and softness.

For me, it’s probably one of the most important ones for the brand. It does exactly what the advertising slogan claims when worn as a mask. softening and hydrating? Yes, indeed. As I apply the product, I notice that the hair instantly gets softer. In any exposure, whether brief or prolonged, it consumes my volume. This is what comes with being successful. This mask is incredibly lacking in density. When things are going well, the fabric is soft and pleasant rather than overly "cold," and the hair is incredibly moisturized and smooth. The hair is typically extremely smooth and has good light reflection.

The option of leave-in care with Aloe has gained no less popularity in my care. Immediately began to try the same feint as with the mask of banana, that is, in the format of the cream. Not bad, but the consistency is more watery here, so I decided to experiment and convert it into a spray format. I always diluted it by eye, I could make a thicker version, or vice versa, thinner. The spray needs to be shaken, otherwise the mask turns into a liquid version perfectly.
A couple of examples, in the first spray I replaced the air conditioning stage (although, in fact, this is a liquid condo. ) after gentle cleansing with a kovosh. There was simply no need for strong care, so Aloe was perfectly enough. In the second frame, just as a leave-in care in regular use.

I would like to state that this is currently my absolute favorite hair care spray! My hand reaches out to Aloe, but I recently introduced Londa Color Radiance into circulation, recalling an earlier time. The second option is a good protective spray and has a completely different composition, though it is tactless to compare the two. Everything about it appeals to me: more moisture, softening, well-combed hair, and air conditioning.

Inconjunctionwithampoulestoprovidecriticalcare. As an example, the mask worked well as a base with the Lador ampoule. All that was lacking was the moisturizing element. Additionally, I recently repurchased Protein Infuse Selective; together, they increased density.

Garnier Fructis Superfood Goji for colored hair.

Of the three (Aloe, Banana, Goji), this is the most controversial mask. The sharpest smell and the heaviest texture. I couldn’t adapt it to leave-in care, it overloaded the strands a lot. Most of the mask went to protecting the length of the hair when bleaching (I dyed short hair, it was difficult not to get it dirty). When I decided to try it as a mask, I was surprised. Yes, Superfoods surprise me every time Goji gave me the densest visual! But it was necessary to alternate with other masks, if I did in a row, then the hair was already overloaded and the magic ended. Tactilely, I remember, the hair was also good. I think I will repeat this mask. For some reason, when writing the post, looking at this voluminous result, I wanted to buy it again!

2. Innature Deep Moisturizing.

I did not set any difficult tasks for this mask, about the same as Superfoods at the time. So, I rated it quite highly. I thought the effect would be too light, but the product worked noticeably even in the visual series.
After use, the hair is noticeably conditioned, soft and smooth. There is shine and even the volume of the hair is preserved. I liked the 20-minute exposure, but when combined with gentle cleansing, you can shorten it. This is not a powerful saturated option, but as a help and an option for light but noticeable care – excellent. I did not expect that it would work on bleached hair, but a friend surprised me. Strongly damaged, porous hair and lovers of juicy saturated textures will not work, it will seem weightless.

3. Atelier Organique for deep restoration and hydration.

Click to view last year’s post. I love trying new things, so I don’t usually buy the same product twice, but this mask will be my third purchase. works swiftly and produces consistent outcomes. It’s important to avoid overexposure. If not, the hair loses volume and becomes a silky, flowing canvas. Excellent ratio of hydration to nutrition. This thorough approach is fantastic. Everything remains the same with a brief exposure, but density adds an extra benefit. Fantastic mask that has never failed me.

Masks without silicones are becoming more popular due to their perceived benefits and purity as consumers become more conscious of what is in their hair products. We’ll examine the reasons behind the popularity of these silicone-free masks in this post, as well as their benefits for various hair types and my own experiences using them over the past year. Only then will we be able to determine whether or not this latest wave of popularity is actually the best option for healthier hair.

4.Masks from Hask.

5. Insight brand masks.

Dry Hair Nourishing Mask.

Another post is available. A mask I’ve never been disappointed by. Fast results; you don’t need to leave it on for 30 minutes. However, even if you sit for an extended period of time, the thin structure won’t get so heavy that icicles form. For me, applying it for a few minutes was the ideal amount of time. My hair was always treated with nourishment, smoothness, and softness while retaining its density.

Post Chemistry Neutralizing mask for hair and skin heads.

I think it"s immediately clear why I ended up with the mask. I learned about it recently, for some reason you don’t often find it on sale. I wanted to order it, but suddenly it was delivered to a local store. I grabbed it and it was also profitable. So, the mask is used as a treatment after chemical manipulations, coloring or bleaching. I was wildly attracted by the composition, after such sophistication the structure should like it. Yes, so far I have not managed to try it many times, but the overall picture is becoming clearer. The mask copes with its direct task, because after coloring the length with permanent paint, the hair became stiff. Insight quickly eradicated this matter, the fabric softened at once. Provides deep conditioning and smoothing. No protein stiffness was noticed. I like the fact that it can be used on the roots, the mask really did not weigh down this area, the hair received its portion of care.

Anti-Frizz Moisturizing for smoothing unruly hair.

While I did not have time to photograph the visual results, I am busy with other masks. I will describe my impressions. There is a category of masks that show themselves immediately, without dancing with tambourines. Insight impressed me again with its simplicity. The product works immediately and so far each application has been a delight. Of course it differs from the Dry mask. But the general message is in speed and convenience, plus I also felt the density was preserved. But there is a difference in hydration. I did not consider this mask, because they wrote about it as a smoothing one. In general, I have nothing to smooth and straighten, I was afraid of weighing it down. Fortunately, my hair is just perfectly conditioned, with a supply of moisture, soft and smooth. I have not noticed any weighing down yet. I really love it when the mask works without any hassle right to the ends! In terms of holding time, the same as with the Dry mask. It also works in a short version. There is a feeling that the mask is even a little stronger than its sister.

There was also Colored Hair for Colored Hair, but I finished it off as a base for pigments because it did not work for my hair. Nothing noteworthy needs to be said about it.

6. Cocochoco Intensive for intensive hydration.

I wrote a post about it.
I immediately took it for use as a leave-in cream. In 2017 there was a casting and I remember that I was quite pleased. In the leave-in version, it did not give the expected hydration to my hair, but it gave a more pleasant and unexpected density. As a mask, the option is no less good, I use it if I need a thicker visual effect. Smooth and tactilely nourished hair does not always lie tightly, alas) Otherwise – good conditioning and elasticity. Not bad economy, due to the thick consistency, as a cream the product can last quite a long time. With a mask, the consumption is higher, but still within the norm.

7. PleinAir La Force Nutrition and restoration for colored hair hair.

The first time I tried it with a degree of doubt on blonde hair… And on what kind of blonde, very discolored in a failed attempt to remove henna clean. Yes, I brought my hair to a stable good condition with the intensive treatment and cut off all the damage, but gentle treatment was required a priori. I took a risk and took an unknown company… Surprisingly, a couple worked just great at that time, I especially liked the balm-mask. On blondes it provided both conditioning and did not take away much volume. It worked quickly, smoothing the hair. At the end, they were glossy, beautiful. Why didn"t I repeat it right away? It turned out to be quite a large expense, it seems that a couple ran out in a month… And the cost of the products is quite biting.

8. Ecocraft Coconut Collection.

The mask is too light even by my standards. I can do a lot of shamanism, but I can’t argue with this. Watery texture, which has its pros and cons. You definitely shouldn’t expect intensive care, or enhanced conditioning. I can often comb wet hair, but with this mask it was better not to rush, or season it generously with the same spray. It’s good to combine with dense care.
But the mask wins in visual effect. Due to the lightness of the texture, thin hair does not become heavier. They lie very nicely, shine. More nutrition than hydration. Natural hair may be enough for this, but all the same lovers of heavier hair will be bored with a mask. High consumption due to consistency, even huge for its volume. The mask did not become a favorite, but it was not a failure either, despite the bleached hair. There is a variability of combination, addition of various concentrates, use before or after ampoules, etc.p. So, it all depends on the goals.

9. Inebrya restoring after chemical stress Karyn.

Having seen the mask in the updated range of the website with cosmetics, I immediately liked it. It is logical, chemical stress = bleaching, coloring. On the declared composition without silicones, unusual.
I chose a small format for now to check my feelings and, if anything, buy a larger version. The mask ran out pretty quickly, because the consistency is not very thick. The consumption seems to be normal, but since I used it for its intended purpose, after bleaching, I smeared the strands generously. I note that the baby still coped with her hair after impressive water procedures, which were carried out to wash off the powder. And as a regular mask, I also liked it. Hair was smooth, conditioning was optimal, such that the hair density was not lost. This is what I have been obsessed with lately, as you can see. The mask is available in 300 ml and 1 l formats, if I"m not mistaken. I think I will repeat the purchase in the medium format. I recommend getting acquainted in a mini format, it is very convenient.

It’s evident that hair masks without silicone are popular in the beauty industry. These hair care products are becoming more popular as more people look for natural and efficient ways to take care of their hair. By concentrating on nourishing natural ingredients, they provide a refreshing substitute for conventional masks that are packed with artificial ingredients.

My own experience using silicone-free masks over the past year has been enlightening. There have been discernible improvements in the health of hair since the switch from silicones. For many people looking for better hair care products, feeling lighter, more vibrant, and less weighed down is what they want from their hair.

In the end, the surge in demand for silicone-free masks is indicative of a larger trend toward more transparent, healthier beauty products. These masks appear set to stay a popular option for people wishing to improve their hair care regimen with natural ingredients as we learn more about what our hair needs.
