Restorative mask for damaged hair Insight restructurizing mask
This is not the first time I have paid tribute to Mask Insight Damage hair in a post. An excellent silicone-free hair restoration product. Proteins are what give me that particular curl; they are what cause this effect.
I had masks that are great: Insight Anti-frizz, Intech, and Antioxidant. I knew right away that Insight Damage would work for me, so I took a 500 ml jar right away. A 250 ml tube is also included.
The mask comes packaged in a washer-jar that has a screw-on lid and a plastic membrane for protection. The texture is dense and occlusive, yet it is evenly applied to the hair, appearing to be instantly absorbed into it. Average amount used. Excellent at detangling hair, just like all Insight masks.

I’ve never tried this mask alone; I always use it in conjunction with Kaaral Restructure ampoules. I never got around to it for some reason. I believe this is just because I adore this incredibly powerful combination. As it happens, it’s three in one:
- Moisturizing;
- Nutrition;
- Restoration.
The results of the curls are consistently excellent.
This mask is really appealing to me. No matter what styling is applied, I always end up with amazing curls.
My only confusion stems from the fact that this product is meant for damaged hair, even though my curls aren’t damaged because they haven’t been bleached or dyed, I don’t use a curling or straightening iron, I always try to wear my hair up in the wind and during the winter, and I wear safe accessories. I tell myself that I can afford to have my hair restored because it’s already long and I use a hairdryer on it all the time.
The wearing of masks is not particularly popular among the curly community. Deep cleaning is thought to be necessary for healthy hair once a month. Hydration is solely the responsibility of the conditioner.
Each time I wash my hair, I apply a mask. Additionally, this is my preferred product category overall.
Alfaparf Milano Reparative is a green mask I also own, but it doesn’t have the same curling and thickening effect as Insight Damage. My hair gets too soft and a little weak-willed from Alfa.
I want to try Shea Moisture soon, which combines moisturizing and restorative properties with yogurt and manuka honey. The blue jar is in the wings, ready to go.

Rock and roll with a primer curl that falls somewhere between living and styling. In the latter instance, I haven’t used Living yet because I don’t really understand it and it doesn’t fit into my current plans.
However, I enjoyed using this product as a refresher because it really lives up to all the manufacturer’s claims!

The curl is actually activated by primer!
The hair in the picture has been refreshed with primer. Unfortunately, there isn’t a photo "before," but you can still see how well the curls are defined.
I find that using this product the second or third day after styling really helps because it leaves my hair feeling hydrated and cared for without leaving a cast.
In the past, I used to dread refreshing because I felt like this was the hardest part of the curly method. I became enamored with refresh after using the primer. It’s fantastic that any styling can be changed, and in some cases, the new look can be far superior to the original.
The image is merely an illustration of a badly done style that looked much better after it was refreshed.
I’m thinking of using "Liquid Silk" from DNC and "Hair Manicure" from Jurassic Spa as primer substitutes.
Furthermore, I had previously purchased "Liquid Silk" for myself at the outset of my hair care regimen, but I never used it—instead, I gave it to my mother-in-law. I want it again right now.
Foam for bombastic volume with tiramisu aroma Tak i khodi
Along with the foam from Curl Rock and Roll, this was some of the first foam I ever encountered. The latter, which gives curls more bounce and elasticity, also works incredibly well, but I’m out of it right now. My favorite combination is the strong hold gel and medium hold foam from Curl Rock & Roll. This leads me to believe that I should keep getting to know our curly brand.
However, that is not the topic of discussion at this time; rather, we are focusing on the "Tak i khodi" product.
An amazing foam with a hint of tiramisu. I was a little annoyed by the smell at first, but eventually I came to enjoy it. Furthermore, it hardly ever stays on the hair. The typical bottle for a product in this category comes with a dispenser. The plastic is strong and sturdy.
Composition
Hydramidopropyl Betaine, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Aroma, Arginine, Saponaria Officinalis Root Extract, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Saccharomyces Ferment Lysate Filtrate, Citric Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Benzoate, and Potassium Sorbate are all present in this mixture of ingredients.
I see moisturizing ingredients and proteins, and the composition is great and KGM-friendly.
The product is dispensed in the necessary amount via a pump dispenser attached to a standard cylindrical tube. For the root zone, I typically take four portions, and for the length, the same. After the gel, the foam is applied as the second layer of styling. My length will definitely prevent me from having enough hold or structure for the curls, so I won’t even try.
The curl takes on a great deal of definition and curl. The foam complements all of my gels, which is something I like. Given its light weight, I believe it can be worn on its own for short hair.
The next time, I’ll purchase a comparable product from Laboratorium; it was developed in collaboration with So and Walk, has a one-to-one composition, and costs a third less.
Double volume mousse Protokeratin Double Push Up Mousse
Foam from the company Protokeratin is the next hero. To be honest, I assumed this company only made cosmetics for straightening hair based on its name. However, no. They also have a refreshing foam for curls. It’s really well composed!
