I was looking for how to restore blond, and found Hairmaniac

If you’ve ever attempted to bring back your blonde hair after a color error or simply felt like a change, you are aware of how difficult the procedure can be. I was in the same situation, unsure of how to bring back the vibrancy of my blonde hair. At that point, I came across Hairmaniac, and I have to say, it completely changed my life.

Initially, I was dubious. After all, there are innumerable hints and techniques available, many of which are mediocre at best. However, Hairmaniac distinguished itself by offering well-thought-out, useful solutions that were practical and effective rather than just advice. My go-to source for anything about caring for blonde hair is now this website.

Hairmaniac has everything covered, from in-depth instructions on fixing hair color errors to professional advice on keeping a healthy blonde look. Finding a site with simple, easy-to-follow guidance devoid of intimidating jargon is refreshing. Hairmaniac is definitely worth a visit if you’re having trouble with blonde hair restoration or are just looking for fresh ideas to maintain the best possible blonde look.

Before and after

This is the history of my hair over the last few years. I’ll start by showing you pictures of the things I used to take for granted and the reasons I now miss them so much! The images are not very clear because I took screenshots using a video instead of taking a back-facing photo of myself. (Summer 2022)

Such thickness and quality are the ultimate, in my opinion. I believe that this is a gift from fate, triggered by hormones after pregnancy—yes, exactly after! I had severe hair loss, like most people do, and instead of fighting it, I just cried and waited. Within a few months, all of the hair that was expected to fall out did so, and a substantial amount of new hair started to grow right away! I’ve never felt my hair so thick and heavy, even as a child.

The photo shows that the highlighting technique was used to bleach the hair with powder. Since I was fifteen years old, I have been lightening my hair in this manner; I don’t see myself in any other color. Naturally, I only had one shampoo and conditioner when I was a schoolgirl. As I got older, masks and oils started to come into my life. The first ones were Natura Siberica products from the sea buckthorn series, but I soon realized I needed something stronger and switched to prof.

Now, for the somewhat shocking (for there will be some really shocking ones later) picture that follows:

Spring of 2023.

The last 10-15 centimeters are dry, split, and translucent, as you can see from how thin the ends are and how thick they are exactly to the shoulder blades.

However, it’s not the worst thing at all! Since I hadn’t gotten a haircut in two years, I wasn’t sure what to expect or what to wait for. There were just no issues with them, and when things are going well, you tend to take them for granted. Maybe for powder After going two years without a haircut, it is fairly normal for a blonde to have such ends, but there was a noticeable decline.

I only ever use one hairdresser, and I have total faith in her. Powder, highlighting, or a shartach (which I never recommend to others because I partially blame it for hair loss) was always used to clarify it. I was more concerned with an even, thick cut than I was with the length of the waist, which was just below the shoulder blades. I didn’t worry about the haircut. I arrived with this:

*(Red lines, the amount of cleaning that my friend and I discussed).

Here’s how she exited the hair salon:

July of 2023.

* (Staining plus haircut; only contouring was done):

And here’s a truly amazing picture from November 2023, three months after the haircut and staining.

Girls, I looked up from trying to figure out why I was deteriorating so quickly for about a month. The change was so noticeable that people I hadn’t seen in a few months noticed it right away!

After all, my hair is already straight, I’ve never used a straightening or curling iron, I’ve never had Botox, fillers, keratin, or anything similar, I take vitamins, I get injections once every six months from a cosmetologist, and I’ve been using only professional care for the past 15 years (I’ve never washed my hair with shampoo, rarely just conditioner, and I always have multiple masks, oil, fluid, or cream on a permanent basis).

But then it dawned on me that I was sinning with constant styling (curls) on Dyson, and I was sinning every time at the maximum temperature, but, in my defense, I will say, with thermal protection! Another point, why I only partially blame Airtouch coloring (and styling) is the analysis of a clump of hair, after washing, which showed that most of the hair with bulbs … then this is a question for the doctor, not the hairdresser … and hair falls out intensely only during washing! I wash my hair once every three days and during these three days, there is little hair on the comb, as if during washing the entire norm falls out during this period … Many questions, few answers ..

Now it is June 2024 and the situation is gradually improving, in the next post I will show and write about my results for six months, now I take pictures of my hair stably once a month (and sometimes more often), but how slowly they grow, and even more so more when you"re fixated on them! I never got to the doctor because of the forced move to another city, the cycle of household chores and lack of mood, I put this moment off. Now the hair falls out more according to the same pattern (i.e. only when washing your hair), but I try harder to prolong the life of the ends, and I think that"s why I see good results.
