Thus, the notion of making a mask emerged, and it essentially changed my perspective on hair care in general.
My goal was to blend the repairing qualities of protein with the nurturing qualities of moisturizing. And from this, what did I learn?

Recipe
Whey protein—15 g, or isolate in my case—can be found in large supermarkets and sports nutrition stores.
This is the "inside" appearance of protein.
Base, a balm or mask (Farmavita cream mask with sunflower seed oil, in my case). I went with a base that had a single direction of action and the simplest composition. To 15 g of protein add it.

Since protein thickens the mask, I would have preferred to add a few more spoonfuls.
Observe that the protein is fully combined with the mask and fits into the consistency perfectly.
