Hair care week. Trying to find a system or how to care for thin hair dyed with henna?

It can be difficult to take care of thin hair, particularly if it has been dyed with henna. Although henna is a natural product, improper application can leave hair feeling dry. Maintaining the appearance of healthy hair requires striking the correct balance between volume and hydration.

It is possible to test out various routines over the course of a week to see what works best. This entails experimenting with nourishing conditioners, lightweight treatments that won’t weigh your hair down, and mild shampoos. To find the optimal system for your particular hair needs, trial and error is the only way to go.

If you’ve struggled with limp or dry hair, don"t worry. With a little patience and attention, you can build a hair care routine that will leave your henna-treated hair soft, shiny, and full of life. Let’s explore what works best for you!

Day Hair Care Routine
Monday Gentle shampoo with nourishing conditioner for dyed hair
Tuesday Apply a moisturizing hair mask, focus on ends
Wednesday Rinse with lukewarm water, use a leave-in conditioner
Thursday Scalp massage with natural oil (like coconut or argan)
Friday Co-wash (conditioner only) to retain moisture
Saturday Rest day, no washing or styling
Sunday Deep conditioning treatment to strengthen hair

Introduction

I have had the "hair blues" for the past few months. There was no love, no attention to hair, and no care system. Everything turned into a burden, and I never once felt completely satisfied with my hair. The tips were tangled and severely disturbed. I decided to get a tiny haircut in mid-April—just a few centimeters—as a result.

I was astounded to see how tenaciously my ends adhered to the stylist’s brush and how easily a standard comb became lodged in them during the haircut. Vieso, by the way, provided the care.

That’s when it dawned on me that there needs to be a change in how we approach hair. This cannot continue, and even though the results of my hair are modest, they are still important to me and should be safeguarded. I spent some time trying to figure out a system, try different makeup combinations, and monitor the effects on my hair. Regretfully, things didn’t turn out too well.

However, as spring gained momentum, the weather got warmer and more vibrant. As a result, I felt happier and more interested in my hair. After all, seeing HM chased the melancholy away and replaced it with the urge to jot down a post-diary complete with a photo report and my thoughts on makeup.

The week dedicated to hair care began on Thursday. It turns out that I don’t have a Monday when I want to start a diary.

About my hair

Considering

  • Oily and sensitive scalp. Daily cleansing;
  • Thin hair, presumably medium-porous;
  • Dyed with henna;
  • The ends are brittle and fragile.

Issues

  • Hair likes to get tangled;
  • Prone to tangling;
  • Very light, does not lie in a single sheet, flies apart with a strong air flow;
  • Easily weighed down by intensive care;
  • Requires good hydration and ease of combing.

Potential fixes for issues:

  • Easy care. Pay attention to conditioners;
  • Select cosmetics with a strong conditioning (detangling) property;
  • Emphasis on hydration and elasticity of hair thanks to proteins.

Daily assignment

Observe the tactile and visual impact of current makeup. Examine combinations and indicate which ones are best.

Thursday

I’ve been cleaning every day for a few months now, mostly in the morning. The practice of evening cleansing was abandoned because, by morning, the temples had become messy and the overall sense of freshness had faded.

A hesitant attempt to resume using the Vichy Dercos Densi-Solutions serum with stemoxidine resulted in the scalp bothering with a slight itching and increased sensitivity today. In an attempt to solve the issue, I use the Vieso mask with Perilla and find myself wanting to give it another go on my longer hair.

However, before anything else, I still pull my hair back into a ponytail, lean over the bathtub, grasp the end with one hand, and run the crown under the faucet. Though inconvenient, it works! A few minutes later, I use a towel to blot the wet roots. I was shocked to see how completely dry the length was—how could that have happened earlier? Enchantment.

For me, the consistency of the Perilla mask makes it difficult to apply to the scalp. I find it to be excessively thick and plasticine-like; even on wet (!) roots, it slides poorly, which explains why the consumption rises. However, the mask has a sweet, minty scent that is reviving. However, it doesn’t simplify the application problem in any way.

I sulk and bemoan, but I obediently spread the mask over my partings with a spatula and my fingers. After twisting my hair and checking the time, I mentally count out 20 to 30 minutes. I put a disposable cap on my head. And I remove it after five minutes. It pricks my forehead and rustles! Furthermore, it’s uncomfortable all around.

I eventually rinse the mask from the roots. I use Olesya Mustaeva’s Workshop solid Rose shampoo for cleaning. I’ve come to rely on the fragrant, summery pink bar in both soft and hard water. Everywhere it washes equally well. It lathers nicely. doesn’t cause dandruff or itching, and it doesn’t make the length seem confusing. I can’t get enough of rose oil scent. What more are you in need of?

I store the leftover soap and bar in a Fix Price jam bag. That’s all I have to say.

The last time I saw Perilla, she overdrank (or overwatered?). The strands were sticking together after being dried with a hairdryer, and after fifteen minutes in a slightly windy street, they became extremely disoriented. For that reason, this time I take a tiny bit of the mask and run it down the length of my damp hair. I have to use my hands-rakes a lot to help untangle the strands because they are not very well done. I leave it on for roughly five minutes before giving it a good rinse. I like how plump and smooth the hair feels. I use a towel to dab at my head and then apply the leave-in treatment.

My leave-in arrangement isn’t the most traditional. I’ve been using Lebel Silky Repair, a leave-out aroma cream, for this stage of care lately. Why? Everything is very basic; something fidgeted in the shower after a prolonged separation from its reserves, and the length made an obtrusive squeaking sound regarding proper conditioning. After using jars to evaluate the dungeon, I wanted to revise my thoughts about the red cream. Then everything began. Delight, a wild idea that brought to mind Rosma_Ry’s experience, and I’m already utilizing the product for other uses.

I apply the aroma cream in small quantities to damp hair. The main thing here is not to overdo it and distribute the product evenly, like any other leave-in care declared by the manufacturer. Sometimes I additionally comb wet strands with a comb, so my hair gets tangled less when blow-drying. Surprisingly not that big I discovered the consequences of weak conditioning at the stage of rinse-off care: a knot formed on the back strands, which I had to untangle by hand.

A small digression. I didn’t take pictures of the jars in the right order, so together with Lebel Silky Repair there is also a leave-in cream with honey Vieso, which I applied to dry hair after blow-drying. At the moment, the ends seemed a bit hard to me and the cream perfectly corrected this nuance.

Moreover, the honey cream performed admirably as a nighttime moisturizer. After applying the cream, the ends are sleek, silky, and hydrated. I got fluff and a cloud from this method of applying the cream in the past; I’m not sure what has changed now, but I can speculate. Nevertheless, my toad and I are overjoyed at this unexpected gift and the chance to consume the entire cream. After all, I’m a big fan of the product’s appearance, packaging, and effect on my hair.

I usually begin applying stimulating and strengthening products to the scalp following leave-in care. I ordered a miniature after reading a review of the T tonic from Sim Sensitive System 4 and was really happy with it! After all, I had to give up my beloved Nolla mask with mint because I was cleaning my scalp every day and I didn’t have time to age. Furthermore, this box is further driven home by the short shelf life following full opening. Just a lovely jar, my love. I hope we get to see each other again.

The hamster is obviously not that depressed; in fact, he is already preparing to purchase a 500 ml T tonic, and he is waiting for you to make another wish for strength and hair growth.

Using a comb, I apply the tonic to damp hair along the partings. I then attempt to feel the coolness more intensely by kneading my scalp with my fingers for approximately five minutes. Since I began using the tonic every day only after using half of a bottle and the Nolla mask ran out, I haven’t noticed any growth increase thus far. However, I can say that the tonic helped my oily scalp; it feels so comfortable and nice that I can’t imagine living without it!

I’m not sure if I can wait to purchase a big quantity.

Following all the adjustments, I begin using a hair dryer to dry. I don’t use a brush to stretch or style my hair in any way. I use alternating warm and cold air to dry the roots in a disorganized manner and strictly from the bottom up. Sadly, the comb became slightly lodged in the ends.

I was taken aback by the visual outcome. It is almost perfect. However. The hair that is not in the picture has just been combed out from under the hair dryer. Since it’s indoors, there isn’t any wind or other outside distraction. It’s a hothouse environment. To the touch, there is a lot of hair that is smooth, elastic, and cool. Unfortunately, even with all the benefits, I realized right away that it would be impossible to comb the hair in a loose form while out on the street.

I was unable to verify my conjectures regarding tangling outside the house today, but I was able to snap a picture of my hair in the evening after spending the entire day indoors in a hot climate. I’m not fond of! My hair is really shiny and feels nourished and silky, but every strand of hair is visible in front of my face. Even worse is the styling memory, and there is no single canvas. At the ends, there’s a little crunch and some roughness.

That day, the humidity was low, ranging from 30 to 40 percent.

An additional endeavor to subdue the mask using Perilla yielded an unsatisfactory outcome. I’ll leave the mint queen for my scalp for the time being, but maybe I’ll give it another go during heating season. After the Vichy serum, it somewhat reduced the itching. I’m still a little uncomfortable.

I want to stop dancing with the Vichy serum. My scalp responds too strongly and takes a while to heal.

Friday

The eternal question of what does hair need lingered in the haze of late Thursday evening, smoothly transitioning into Friday. Prior efforts to focus hair care on hydration and L’Oreal masks Curl and Vieso with Rose were met with differing degrees of success. There’s a good chance that the masks disagreed. During the Vieso days, the result was unpredictable and at first the hair forgave mistakes, but after. Hi, stiff ends, tangled and lazy.

Perhaps it has been a while since I had a lipid and nourishing mask? Why is my hair tangled and somewhat less elastic when the surface is devoid of oils and lipids? It appears that I overindulged in moisturizing. Or was it that I couldn’t locate a suitable stand-in for the Rose mask?

I’m still not sure, though, how much moisturizing and nutrition are combined in the Rose mask.

The Vieso mask with argan oil is the most nourishing and appropriate product out there. But not today, that is, not tomorrow. I was exhausted after yesterday’s disappointing outcome with Perilla.

Except for the mask, Friday’s jars are not all that different from Thursday’s. It’s L’Oreal Curl Expression today. I have a neutral relationship with it, not particularly warm one. Compared to the Vieso honey series, it’s easy for me to overdo it, and the hydration is very light and delicate—almost as if it’s not enough. However, it unravels and conditions hair flawlessly, causing less confusion throughout the day. However, the tips feel harsh even with the various non-trains. However, they are smooth and shiny to the touch.

When I’m having emotionally stingy swings, the L’Oreal Curl Expression mask usually works wonders for me.

I wash my scalp twice before starting to apply the cleansed product. I use a tiny amount and start distributing it throughout my hair because I find it simple to overwork a mask. Everything is applied quickly and simply, and the hair instantly unravels and smooths out with just a little care.

I then set up a basin method and completely remove the accumulation of care and warning. Kutauy collapsed into the turban, leaving behind the remnants of luxury. I draw in extra moisture, put a tonic on my damp hair, and apply Lebel Silky flavor to the length, giving it the appearance of permanent care.

For the past month, I’ve been trying to accept my straight hair. It’s not easy. The soul needs light, elastic curls or straight, mirror-like hair. The latter is out of the question for me because my fine hair gets tangled up into strands.

The hair in the pictures has been dried with a hair dryer; no brush styling or straightening is done. brushed.

And when the hair moves, it appears like this. The ends appear tidy after L’Oreal. The hair is generally light, but not overly so. The most appropriate quality is discipline.

I twist a bun on a silk elastic band and do housework. How would you handle curls? I let my hair down before heading out on a business trip. A slight wave forms, and the front strands giggle. Thus, this is the day for it. However, I imagine that after fifteen minutes outside, the curls won’t be visible at all.

It’s sunny and windy today. The wind is a regular companion to everyday life in my hometown. It is always in the vicinity. ruffles hair, wrinkles clothes, tickles the nose, and smudges my favorite lip gloss. A great day to experience L’Oreal in person.

And it demonstrates its worth. There is no comb-over. The general appearance is slightly tangled in strands after the winds and throwing from the shoulders to the back, with a slight wave remaining after the bun. Tangling occurs, though not to the same extent as after Vieso. I consider the outcome to be satisfactory.

However, it seems to me that the way hair looks has nothing to do with the amount of money, time, or thought that went into it. Unfortunately.

I kept thinking about the Vieso argan series in the evening, which was a great match for the Lebel Moist cream. The conditioner occupies my thoughts more than the mask. First, though, the mask. Refresh your memory by examining the hair’s state.

Try to cultivate concern for Vieso? Is it really worth it? I’m over the honey mask so bad. Or perhaps combine it with the soufflé of Virgin Hair cream? Or perhaps get Angel, the orange conditioner.

I sighed at the white dots and small cross-section as I peered at the front ends by the window. As they say, it affects everyone. I used the Matrix Miracle Creator spray for nighttime care and easy combing. Immediately, the ends became pliable and radiant. Once more, I put my hair up in a bun for the evening. Today’s sunset is stunning, with shades of pink and lavender. The air is green and humid. Nearly sumptuous.

Saturday

I’ll be updating my thoughts on the Vieso argan mask today. Because of the mask’s remarkable capacity to smooth and nourish hair, I really enjoyed it during the autumn and winter months. I’m eager to see how the mask functions under various circumstances now.

The T tonic, which has enough for a few uses, is in charge of strengthening and stimulating, while the same pink bar from MOM is in charge of cleaning. I hope to see you again soon, my friend. Though not the most traditional, the leave-in is still the same.

My hand reached for the green background again, that’s how gorgeous and fashionable the Vieso jars are. The argan series’ aroma is exceptionally pleasing and deserving of special mention. It has such a deep, languid sweetness. It feels cozy, sentimental, and genuinely autumnal to me.

I use a tiny amount of the mask on my skin and hair after cleansing them. Argan Vieso smoothes and gently detangles damp hair while perfectly encasing the strands. An impressive sight. I used a crab to secure my wet hair in a bun and set a timer for ten minutes.

Having not used nourishing masks for a while, I decided to stay under the treatment for a little while longer than usual. The smell followed me the whole time. What a fantastic thing it is! With Vieso, aromatherapy is real.

Following the prescribed time, I rinse off the mask, pat dry my hair with a towel, and apply T tonic to the scalp and Lebel Silky aroma cream to the length of my hair. The aroma cream makes the hair easy to comb, but beneath the thin layer of Lebel, the distinctive smoothness of the argan mask is detectable. I continue with the drying.

The hair looks amazing after using the hair dryer, which surprised me! The canvas is heavy, substantial, and easy to comb. Because of the mask’s extended exposure, I was worried about developing a build-up, but it seems to have worked out. Is this really what I needed for my hair?

The day is hot, dry, and bright. Not even a breeze. I used a hair clip to secure my hair before I left the house because I felt terrible for it at that point. And thirty minutes later, I let it down again. Really, I wanted to.

I touched the ends from time to time while doing my daily chores and wearing my hair down, silently rejoicing. They fell gently on my shoulders, still smooth and velvety. To put it mildly, I was let down when I took a control photo after getting back home.

The hair was clumpy and looked completely unpresentable, even though it was nourished and soft to the touch. I am aware that clumping into strands is the primary characteristic of light and thin hair. But to this degree? Remind yourself that there was absolutely no wind outside!

It appears that a noticeable accumulation occurred as a result of usage (and extended exposure) of argan oils Vieso right after L’Oreal Curl Riche. plus using a gentle shampoo. And of course, the leave-in shampoo concluded this whole mess. There was absolutely no sense of overweighting after using the hair dryer! It’s confusing that the fabric was heavy and crumbling.

I was getting pretty pissed off. For longer hair in the summer, what worked well for short hair in the winter proved to be a letdown. Yes, Vieso, I see.

Meanwhile, my mind began to revolve around the burgundy L’Oreal mask once more. Regardless of its excellent conditioning qualities and appearance, it falls short of providing me with adequate moisture. Because the ends are a little stiff, using them consecutively without alternating takes away from their friability and encourages overweighting. It appears that we are not on the same path after all, despite my best efforts to be friends with it for several weeks.

I can’t dance around L’Oreal, even if I can still do so around Vieso. I don’t care for the brand enough to base my hair care routine around it. Additionally, the inexpensive orange conditioner Angel Professional can easily take the role of conditioning and light moisturizing with a nice appearance, in my opinion.

When my finger finally trembled in the evening and I placed the order for the conditioner, my brain went into wait mode, anticipating a tiny thrill from holding a brand-new jar. I went to wash my hair again because I was in such a depressing mood. Yes, that day’s wash was the second in a row.

I used the Vichy peeling shampoo for cleansing and the Vieso mask with rose and Virgin Hair cream soufflé for wash-off care. I chose to do a cold style at that point because I realized how much I missed my usual curls. And if I hadn’t braided my hair roughly six times, everything would have gone smoothly! I was still unable to tightly braid the appropriate section of my hair.

I also made the fatal error of putting a tiny bit of Lebel Silky aroma cream on my dry hair during one of my unsuccessful attempts.

Sunday

My attitude lifted on Sunday, but my excitement for writing the post and taking pictures waned. My hair started to curl up overnight, and I became aware of how much I missed having curls! My appearance can affect how I feel about myself at times, and I believe that hair plays a significant role in this. I had a fleeting thought during the day about which I value more: loose, voluminous roots or curly locks.

In secret

In my opinion, there isn’t a response to this query. There are benefits to hair care in the morning and evening, no doubt. It’s disappointing that my temples are not quite fresh in the morning after washing my hair in the evening. Incorporate the heat or hat season as well as daytime skincare, taking note of how quickly short hair near the face turns gloomy. Alternatively, you can do a cold style in the morning, which will style the ends in a few hours. However, there are instances when you want to unwind immediately after leaving the house and there isn’t enough time to wait.

Once more, emotional swings in hair and what to do with them.

What about curls and the street?

I experimented during the day to see how my hair would react to any reflective surfaces on a hot and windy day. Unfortunately, the curls clearly loosened and stretched. Most likely as a result of the excessive use of a pink mask and Silky aroma cream, which also run the risk of over-nourishing my thin hair.

The fragrance cream is a great leave-in conditioner. It seems to caress, smooth, condition, and give a visual. However, I think it will be difficult for me to gauge the proper quantity, so I might give the Vieso honey mask one last try before putting it away for the time being. When I locate a new base for rinse-off care, I might return it as a rinse-off mask.

One pleasant surprise I had on Sunday was that I finally received the hair strengthening tonic from Dr. ForHair. I won’t deny that this post-spring marathon result inspired me to try something different rather than purchase a half-liter jar of tonic T. Lyapko applicator is also conveniently located nearby. Something that is helpful for massaging the head as well as the neck and collar area.

I had to wash my hair in the evening on Saturday, so I’m delaying all of the pictures of the jars and hair until Monday.

Monday

The same sturdy pink shampoo is still there for cleaning, but a new player has emerged for strengthening. Seeing how the new product manifests itself in the future will be fascinating.

I decided to use the Virgin Hair cream soufflé and Vieso honey mask as the foundation for my cold styling. Although the cream soufflé is undoubtedly good, the product packaging really bothers me. Yes, which is very important to me, it is convenient to dose and transport. However! The bag droops at the seams, the silver finish fades, and, well, not really. It’s clear that the packaging is not in my format. An exquisite jar featuring a dispenser. Place it on the mirror-facing table.

This combination is ideal for casual, cold styling, as I already know. The lightweight, moisturizing honey mask leaves hair pliable and doesn’t weigh it down at all. Furthermore, the cream soufflé has a delicate styling memory, which I don’t know if it’s because of collagen or something else.

This time, I made the decision to try something new and curl a sock. This trick has probably been seen by many. As it happened, funny and amusing, but very convenient. And suppose that sock was made of silk. I even considered making something similar with sewing.

Inspired a little, I tried my hand at styling, but I failed the first time. Everything was incorrect even after I used an elastic band and a tiny crab to mend the sock. Either the hair is pulled out of the bun or it breaks. With the extra length, it appears that I have somewhat lost my ability to style cold. While braiding, I also became aware of how much hair I have and decided it would be better to divide it into two sections rather than twist it all at once. Alright, forget it. It’s also lovely that the curls will be loose.

I had to wait through the night, but the reader won’t have to.

Of course, moving hair as well! My favorite hairstyle is curly. The quirkiness of thin hair already exquisitely highlights the style by dividing it into distinct strands. The fabric appears smooth and well-kept. as well as in the sunlight. Ahh.

Unfortunately, after lunch, the root zone—especially the crown and temples—feels heavy due to evening cleansing. The roots just lose their freshness over night and also rub against the silk pillowcase, even though the new tonic does not unduly burden the root zone. Additionally, it smoothes the root zone noticeably.

After sleeping on regular cotton instead of the silk pillowcase, which has a density of 22 mom, I became particularly aware of this difference. A recent article about the qualities of silk validated my modest assumptions: a silk pillowcase can effectively smooth unruly, porous hair and steal some of the freshness and volume from the root zone.

And this is where the morning scalp cleansing comes in handy again! Ultimately, given how beneficial silk is for this facial skin’s reaction, I won’t be able to resist sleeping on it any longer.

Since I was too lazy to wash my hair in the evening, I grabbed the orange Angel conditioner in the evening. And so it will function. During the night, I went back and read every post regarding the Lakme Teknia Organic Balance mask. My goal is to find a product that is as hydrating as the Vieso honey mask, but without the drawbacks of poor detangling and fluff, and that has an excellent instant visual appeal. Everything about Lakme is incredibly alluring, but it might be wise to bite the Vieso mask with a rose first. Perhaps this is the one? able to provide what is required while keeping the wallet safe from purchases.

Tuesday

Everything is stable when it comes to cleaning and fortifying the hair roots on Tuesday. Oh, I’m so happy that I was able to locate some shampoo that worked! I usually use the Vichy peeling shampoo on the third or fourth day, letting the foam sit for a short while. It thoroughly cleans the skin and the length while gently cooling the scalp and having a mild peeling effect. I occasionally apply pre-pu before it to prevent the ends from drying out. Of course, that day is not today.

The aforementioned new product, the Angel Professional conditioner, is a deserving star of HM in the rinse-off care category. It creates a perfect detangle, adds density and a hint of moisture, coats hair in a film, and facilitates combing. A model conditioner. However, because the conditioner is notably silicone-based and can cause build-up, it is best to use caution when using it on thin hair and to occasionally use a good cleansing shampoo.

Tuesday is cloudy and humid. It would be a terrific idea to try a new conditioner right now! It disappeared, but it was once mine. I thought Vieso would take care of the detangling and conditioning. Indeed, precisely.

I use very little conditioner because of my hair type and the product’s features. And a bit more after that. Plus extra. I think I went overboard. I still hope to eventually figure out my application and portion, but thankfully the product is familiar and easy to understand.

Wet strands that resembled snakes, sleek and slick. I completely rinse out the conditioner after a few minutes and use a towel to blot my hair. It appears that I will always require a smooth-fabric turban for my hair. I use a tonic on my scalp after using a leave-in cream on slightly wrung-out hair, and I’m shocked to feel such a bright, enveloping effect from a leave-in treatment—this is completely unusual for me after Vieso! Every hair resembles a velvet cocoon. This sensation is further enhanced by the enveloping texture of the Virgin Hair cream soufflé.

I give myself a quick massage and use a hairdryer to begin drying. Everything proceeds as easily and comfortably as possible; the comb runs through the hair with ease. Knots are absent. I will most certainly keep up my friendship with the orange conditioner after such a delightful outcome. Certainly until the 250 ml can is empty.

I still didn’t do anything to style my hair. Nothing more than a hairdryer, a downward air stream, and sporadic brushing. The excessive use of conditioner caused the ends to become a little tangled into strands, but this didn’t bother me.

The hair is cool, shiny, and elastic when it moves. And straight, but only momentarily. I am ready to keep inhaling this delicate trail of the conditioner’s scent, which lingered on my hair and I really like.

I braided my hair after the photo report, and I’m going to wear it down for a few hours to see how the memory effect plays out. I choose to unbraid it a few hours later to validate my theories regarding the styling memory.

And it really is something amazing, my god! The hair resembles a mountain waterfall that never flows. They are very smooth and cool. shimmering and flowing. robust and flexible. I really want my hair to look like this! The Angel conditioner is not even close to cold styling based on the Vieso mask.

Since I haven’t worn this combination outside and have only been wearing a braid for a short while, it’s difficult to predict how long-lasting the cold styling will be. The curls probably won’t last as long as the Milano leave-in conditioner from Alafaparf.

Additionally, a thunderstorm started at the same time as the photo report. the initial one in the spring. A real one, rolling in from a clear sky with buckets of rain falling. I love the damp, fresh air today. I want to throw open all the windows in the house and let the fresh air of nature surround everything. For now, though, I just contentedly enjoy the fresh air coming through the open window. You are so close, Summer.

Wednesday

I wanted to use the Vieso mask with perilla on my scalp once more today. I use a hair clip to pin the dry length of the mask after wetting just the top of my head with water under the tap and noting the time. It required at least forty minutes. I was aware of a nice coolness and a pleasant mint scent the entire time.

It’s a gentle cleansing today, and maybe I will regret it. If the shampoo is gentle or there was a lot of mask applied, as I did this time, perilla may weigh down the hair roots. I keep using Dr.ForHair tonic to fortify the roots.

I made the decision to try a honey mask and aroma cream combo as a leave-in while the mask was still on my scalp. My goal is for the aroma cream to protect, detangle, and smooth out all of the protruding hairs from Vieso while also giving my hair a respectable appearance.

I cleanse the scalp in two steps and wash the mask off completely. This task was completed by the solid shampoo, but we’ll see by the evening what transpires. Thankfully, you don’t have to worry about overweighting when I apply a honey mask to the length of the hair. You can apply a little more for better hair untangling. I leave the care in place for a few minutes, then use the basin method to wash off any leftovers before using leave-in and strengthening products.

Smooth scent cream envelops every hair, making combing easier even now. Your hair dries quickly, and the finished look is pleasing. Though I was already content in my silence about this coincidence.

As it happened, the combination once more failed the street test. I was so frustrated and realized I had no more strength for you, Vieso honey mask, that I decided not to take any pictures. My hair care regimen consisted of a honey mask for over half a year, but I had grown weary of the frizz and the lack of relief from combing. I’ll put the rest away and try to make friends with the same Vieso, albeit one wearing a curly hair mask, since the smell is still as exhausting as it ever was.

I’ve been using the Bulgarian rose oil mask for a few months now, and I have far better feelings about it than I do about the honey mask. I’m really drawn to the idea of the rose scent, so I really hope we can become friends! I love the smell of the Vieso pink mask and solid shampoo. I really want the aroma of freshly picked garden roses all around me. I was so fixated on the pink conditioners Vieso and Angel Provence that I didn’t think they were real.

The roots truly lost a lot more of their freshness by the evening. Let’s put this in writing: use Perilla only and sulfate shampoo to remove the mask.

Bonus

I was pleasantly surprised when I revisited the Vieso pink mask the other day. My hair was silky smooth all day, as if I had just had keratin. Even better, I thought it was good. Naturally, I went a bit overboard once more—either with the mask or the cream—but my hair still looks nice despite the small overdrying. As is frequently the case with Vieso, I hope this was not a one-time promotion.

Lebel Silky aroma cream and Vieso honey mask are on the left. Right: a soufflé of Virgin Hair cream, a rose mask from Vieso, and a tiny bit of honey cream from Vieso on the ends.

Thin, henna-dyed hair needs special attention and needs to be treated gently and thoughtfully. Maintaining the health and color of your hair can be achieved by creating a regular regimen. The secret is to avoid overdoing it on heavy makeup and instead concentrate on feeding your hair.

Try out gentle shampoos that won’t strip your hair, natural oils, and lighter conditioners. Using moisturizing masks and routinely trimming split ends can also significantly improve the texture and shine of your hair.

In the end, what matters most is figuring out what suits you. When creating a regimen of care that makes your hair feel and look its best, pay attention to what it needs and exercise patience.

Establishing a regimen that provides protection and nourishment without making the hair feel heavy is crucial when taking care of thin hair that has been dyed with henna. To preserve luster and strength, a weekly care regimen may include deep conditioning, mild washing, and the application of light oils or serums. Using natural products that enhance the benefits of henna is essential to maintaining the health and vibrancy of hair dyed with henna because the dyed hair requires additional hydration to avoid drying out.
