Hair now

Erect bob with expanding bangs. not pulled back into a ponytail; the front strands fall into the low strand and the lower strands do not meet in the middle. Thus, I’m not aware of the girth. 28 cm in length from the parting.

Hair is highly porous, dyed, and bleached previously. About 5 cm of them are burned at the ends from bleaching, but I’m not in a rush to get rid of them.

I use Estel DeLuxe on 3% oxide to color my hair. Similar to the dye’s softness, level 7 shades aren’t especially unstable or redhead. I redyed my roots and updated the color 6/71 before the marathon. I’m hoping it holds up better than the other ones. The color itself is dirty and ugly, and I didn’t like how it was patchy.

Hair loss and scalp issues are absent.

Goals for the marathon

Grow as much as you can; ideally, your hair should begin to reach your shoulders. Preserve the cut’s quality for as long as you can. My intention is to wait until the end of the year to get a haircut (my last one was in December 2021). Choose the dye’s shade.

It is entirely feasible to achieve shoulder-length hair by summertime if you take the appropriate steps. To avoid damage, put your attention on good hair practices like routine trims, a balanced diet, and gentle care. Take care of your hair by using nourishing products, avoiding heat styling, and exercising patience. Your hair will grow!

Cosmetics for stimulating growth

Compliment mask with pepper

Sim Sensitive Tonic T. It is incredibly inexpensive, and I have been using it since the beginning of December. I use it once a day or once every other day on my dry, clean scalp. It almost never cools, grows by +5 mm per month, and leaves the roots uncolored. had no effect on the skin’s oiliness.

Cosmetics for length care

I’m going to load up on care during the marathon because March 8th is my birthday. I won’t be trying anything new; instead, I’ll probably stick to my favorite cans. My darling, a sample of Lebel Viege and some Kaaral Reale shampoo will also arrive at the start of the marathon. Those curious about my thoughts on particular products are welcome to peruse the spoilers.

I doubt I will repurchase Tresemme Beauty-full Volume, a sulfate shampoo for volume. It’s too harsh for my hair in its current state. Similar to its brother, TRESemme Botanique Detox is a stripping sulfate shampoo, but it’s far softer. I use Aravia Professional – coconut peeling with lactic acid, which has a lovely scent a few times a month.

Conditioning

3-in-1 hair mask Garnier Fructis Superfood Banana – really went for it as a conditioner. Intensively softens, does not weigh down and smells wonderfully of banana peel
Hair mask Natura Siberica Sea Buckthorn "Deep Moisturizing" – also softens, but smoothes hair a little more.
Both products make me very happy when left on for 10 minutes. Gorgeous aromas, softening, easier combing, soft ends – excellent everyday care
TRESemmé Botanique Detox – in the photo it is the only one, but in reality I need two bottles. As soon as I see them on sale, I immediately stock up. I have to admit that in winter it works at half speed. The situation is corrected by increasing the holding time.
Estel Curex Therapy is my very first professional mask, I bought it in a fit of nostalgia. I really like its wax texture and memorable salon aroma. Makes hair smooth and shiny, but it is better not to remember about it more than once a week – it will over-nourish. Absolutely not a care product, aimed purely at the visual.

Not yet opened or tested, but I plan to attend to it throughout the marathon:

  • Compliment Hair mask "Oil Therapy";
  • Hask Nourishing mask with coconut and monoi oils;
  • Hask Intensive mask for hair restoration with argan oil;
  • Hask Moisturizing mask with macadamia oil.

Deep care

The deep moisturizing and restorative Demi Composio CMC Repair treatment is a great product. It smoothes, moisturizes, and weighs down. It won’t harm healthy hair, but once a week is just right for my straw. After 10 to 15 minutes, the Kaaral restructure becomes a cool, velvety, and luscious canvas. I always top off with a conditioner or mask. It functions dependably even during the heating season, in contrast to Hydra.

Leave-in care

Gliss Kur extreme restoration – a light spray to facilitate combing, untangling, nailing down excess frieze. What I like is that it is difficult to overdo it and it does not accumulate in the hair with frequent use.
Kaaral Style Perfetto is my favorite heat protection, which will soon be a year old. I have just enough for 3 months of the marathon. Does not overload with any care, softens, protects, does not accumulate.
Kerastase Chronologiste is a very light finishing silicone oil. I liked it more than the classic gold. Does not overload, gives shine and smoothes the hair. But the smell is very questionable to my nose I use it daily, my hand reaches out, but Kerastase did not overshadow my favorite argan oil from Salerm.

Dyeing

Compared to mass-market paints like Princess Essex, Estel DeLuxe is softer. Shades between 6-7 are incredibly erratic. I’ll probably go back to level 5, where I really enjoyed all the colors and durability (I believe Deluxe will be just as good at Princesses). Shampoo and air conditioning are required to finish the staining process (Ollin Service Line Ph 3.5). The hair feels smoother after a good shampoo rinse. They are softened and smoothed last, right after the air conditioner. These methods make the hair look much better after coloring, but it was in vain that I disregarded them for so long.

It is definitely possible to grow shoulder-length hair by summer with the correct care and perseverance. By using nourishing shampoos, conditioners, and growth-promoting treatments, concentrate on maintaining the health of your hair. Regular haircuts will help prevent split ends and maintain the youthful appearance of your hair as it grows.

Remember to use styling tools like curling irons and straighteners sparingly to avoid damaging your hair with heat. To reduce damage if you must style your hair, use heat protection sprays. Moreover, a nutritious diet high in proteins and vitamins can significantly accelerate the growth of your hair.

If you follow these easy instructions and put in a little effort, you should have gorgeous shoulder-length hair by summer. Simply give your hair the care it requires, and the outcomes will come about.
