Gray hair: you can”t love, you can”t dye! (put a comma)

While gray hair is a normal aspect of aging, many people experience conflicting feelings when they see it. Some people accept the silver strands, viewing them as a symbol of experience and knowledge. Some people struggle because they want to maintain their youthful appearance. It’s a real conundrum: should you dye it or embrace your gray hair?

Gray hair has become more fashionable and daring in recent years. Gray hair can be just as trendy as any other color, as demonstrated by the influencers and celebrities who proudly display their silver locks. Even so, a lot of people experience pressure to hide their gray hair because they think it indicates they are growing older.

Whether to dye your hair or let it go gray is a personal choice. Both options have advantages and disadvantages of their own. It matters not how you choose to hide or embrace your natural gray; what matters is that you are comfortable with your decision.

First appearance: my reaction and the reaction of others

I turned nearly as gray as Leland Palmer. Abruptly. 2021. This is linked to a great deal of stress over time. I just realized I was gray when I took a selfie. In fact, the majority of respondents to a poll I included with a story, "Bleaching or Gray Hair," said that they were bleaching. It was humorous to me.

I’ve always been interested in design and fashion, so I understand how to wear gray hair in a fashionable way. Sarah Harris, the stylist for British Vogue, has not dyed her gray hair since she was a young girl.

Additionally, you may recall Meryl Streep from the movie "The Devil Wears Prada," particularly her portrayal of the vivacious Miranda Priestly, who was modeled after the renowned Anna Wintour, the longtime editor-in-chief of American Vogue.

You must recognize the style level of this. I therefore valued this highlight right away.

I soon got the chance to experience the broader public. A manufacturer of shampoo declared a contest. To enter to win a prize at random, all you have to do is shake your hair while recording. More videos equate to more opportunities. The random doesn’t seem to care that my hair is on the "not very strong" side. To avoid spamming my subscribers, I made a new account and began "making videos"! I was recovering from Covid at the time (and still am!), and I was only able to stand straight for an hour while shaking my head. However, I felt inspired to move and look after myself.

These videos (scroll through the gallery) demonstrate a good deal of the lighting variation in gray hair appearance. In artificial light (first video), it appears dark; in daylight (second video), it resembles highlights; and in lightning-like light (first video of the article), it has strong highlights. This effect is still present. By the way, I used big Velcro curlers to dry my hair to achieve the look. Any damaged hair will be "pulled out" (though I’m not sure if it won’t be killed entirely). I think the look is passably good.

However, let’s read what the participants’ competitors had to say.) The public is enthused by the cutest templates:

There is a lot of competition. Furthermore, it blatantly perpetuates stereotypes that gray hair is embarrassing, ages you, should be hidden, and requires you to stand up to those who are less fortunate. Fear of getting old, aging shows. self-reification. These "opinion leaders," incidentally, won an award. Then I also did. And realizing two things was the major reward:

  1. I was not at all offended by their opinion. I saw their vulnerability in it.
  2. I really liked the way my hair looked. I. Liked. My. Hair.

Gray hair coloring

My references

My complexion is not well-suited to my dark hair color.

Spoiler

I’ll learn in two years that the body was experiencing severe hormonal shocks, which is why the yellowed skin tone needed to be corrected.

In order to raise the tone level and totally get rid of the coloring that was ruining my hair, I yearned to become even more gray. I immediately realized that having gray hair was a gift. However, I struggled to accept my inherent mouse color.

Subsequently, I combed through every salon offer and the Internet for a transparent coloring or lightening product that would preserve my gray hair. In the "And Just Like That" television series, which is a follow-up to "Sex and the City," Sarah Jessica Parker came the closest to capturing my concept. Although I haven’t seen the movie, there was a ton of backstage video available at the time.

As you can see, the gray hair is simply colored with varying degrees of warmth rather than being covered up. Recall that in 2021, Granny Hair was the talk of social media. And then Sarah started to get teased because of her gray hair. I looked for instances where she was most critical of her gray hair, but all I could find was her response to those incidents. It would be appropriate to quote her here. Furthermore, Sarah’s perspective and mine are similar.

Although I saw Sarah’s attitude toward gray hair in her coloring, I was happy with the type of hair and responded to it, but I was unable to locate a hairstylist. Even though it was suggested to let the hair burn, the sun still does irreversible damage.

Anna Wintour, who was previously mentioned, offers yet another intriguing coloring option. She has been the editor-in-chief of Vogue since 1988, and during that time she has colored her hair in large quantities without altering her hairstyle. It may have intricate coloring, but bulk coloring can produce a similar effect on gray hair. I never noticed my mother’s gray hair, but upon closer inspection, you can see that there are a lot of gray hairs that are not colored at all. My mother dyes her hair this color.

Let’s say that not everyone is a good fit for the hairstyle. However, if you look closely, this image conveys the idea. Anna is always elegant and slender, and this haircut adds volume. The harmony would collapse in its absence. You can update the ends frequently because of the length. Clothes do not rub against hair. Megamind in terms of style, it’s also well-considered in other aspects.

Spoiler

Finally, I will present some bad pictures of gray-haired ladies’ hair. Consequently, Anna Wintour is without them. Even though you may not like her hairstyle, the flawlessness of it is astounding. a cause for reflection.

How stylists perceive gray hair

Thus, we are in 2021. I went to the hairdresser and requested an extremely infrequent (not frequent) air touch. The stylist’s observation:

"Yes, your gorgeous gray hair is a plus, but while this is your chance, I think you should look younger."

You just need to get up and walk away in this situation. It’s not that the stylist is bad; rather, you shouldn’t "break" him because he operates within a certain paradigm. There won’t be any comfort for anyone. Additionally, you should flee like you would from a date if it is inconvenient to do so by saying that "something happened." But I didn’t hear the alarm because I came to color my hair.

My first thought upon seeing my coloring in the salon’s feed was that my hair looked better before the coloring! It also turned out that the air touch was not unusual.

When I updated the air touch in 2022, a year later, it was too thick. as well as every hair. Pagip passed away.

Six months in, I decided to end it all. It doesn’t fit me well. I consider myself to be a representative of minority groups’ active half. The picture has nothing to do with how I feel about being a mother and a wife to many people. Furthermore, I was carrying five extra kilograms at the time, which is not a good look around the neck.

The rest is known to you. The hair grew so by June 2023. That is to say, at roughly 1 cm per month, the growth rate is also fairly average.

My "shaggy hair" was cut far shorter than I had requested. In order to wear my hair in a ponytail, I needed the gnawed ends, so I was planning another haircut for the fall. However, they cut everything—well, almost everything; some damaged hair is still present. I am starting to grow it again after being thrown back a year.

Sports, summer, wind, and sun have all turned against each other. On my first day on this site, right after getting a haircut, my hair was in a gif before I started care. Overdried, rinsed in too-warm water, and ruthlessly removed with a brush. Not much space for sobbing, a trash look.) However, a week later, I let myself cry uncontrollably and sobbed for a few minutes while pressing my face against my husband’s shoulder in hopes that the tears would stop.)

Additionally, someone said, "It’s time to dye my hair." I responded, quite bluntly, that I liked my gray hair and didn’t want to cover it up. The stylist is not to blame for these pictures. The man has his own worldview and has put a lot of effort into honing his skills.

Furthermore, by the way. I had to get a bob cut "in one cut" from a hairdresser, which requires standing rather than sitting. In other words, they didn’t split the hair into strands; they simply chopped the length in 5 seconds. You understand that the scissors needed for this need to be very sharp. The best bob is what I suggest! It isn’t the pot in the video; instead, it’s a pot that I don’t like that has shorter front strands (yes, they are damaged; you have to cut even harder—apparently that’s how it was intended).

How to agree with a stylist

A stylist, or hairdresser, is essentially someone who has to let their client go beautiful. As far as he could tell. He is a poor stylist otherwise. "Here and now" was always the outcome, even at the priciest ones I visited. You also need to emerge from them in the best possible shape. No "I’ll cut this in three months," either. This, however, is not the level. And even more amazing: "I want to be able to see my gray hair."

"Here and now" doesn’t work with gray hair. Gray hair is always cold, and colored hair is always washed out in warm weather. It makes me think of white cats, who are gorgeous but have disheveled appearances due to yellowing fur in certain areas. If you didn’t realize it at first, warm on cold is harsh. Thus, you should consider it. However, not every stylist is prepared for this.

Another stylist in the forbidden network has captured my attention with his charm, humor, and ability to create blondes. I am a subscriber to him.) He made some excellent remarks about gray hair not too long ago. He just uses air-touch to dilute the gray hair in the picture. This amazing individual merits a spot in the gallery. Before, I would have run to him, but not now. But someone will find it useful! Examine his approach. Perhaps this will lead to your master’s discovery!

In my situation, it’s also a result of my lack of hair care knowledge. Both costly and inexpensive treatments were available, but there was no system in place to assess the outcome. There was not enough fishing line, but the knowledge and resources were dispersed like beads. That’s why I’ve always had a washcloth on my head. I also showed up at the salon looking like a stylishly dressed homeless person, washed out, and occasionally just laid back on the weekends without even eyebrows or makeup. I became a hostage to the mindset that "it can’t get any worse," and in exchange, I was subjected to a variety of experiments.

How to paint over gray hair yourself

I even took a course on self-dying with Lebel, something I had considered doing for myself. Choices:

  1. Paint over gray hair densely and in this Lebel is at its best (does not suit me).
  2. Lighten hair in general and be independent from stylists, because Lebel creates blondes on 6% oxide, grows back gently and is the only dye I know that lightens its own dye, that is, I could start looking for the tone I needed with a minimum deviation from my tone level, if necessary, further lightening it (suits me).
  3. My friends do air-touch themselves, so also as an option, based on point 2. For myself, I almost did not consider it, I do not like dancing with tambourines.

And if you do not change the color at all

However, after visiting this website, the problem with the hair tone was resolved on its own: treatment started to show results, the hair shines and appears lighter, and even the shade changed. And getting healthy hair that looked and shone well sounded very alluring to me. Furthermore, it is preferable to give it your all rather than suffer the consequences (I stress that I will suffer damage because my hair is extremely porous and thin). Although I am aware that the pigment fills them, to me this is just a postponed harm. Many types of hair are not incompatible with the coloring.

Brought about the outcome and the "inside departure": the complexion improved and started to blend in with the hair more effectively. My plans also include teaching my daughter makeup techniques.

Care instead of staining

The reasoning behind the departure is this: by removing the underlying factors that contributed to gray hair, I can assist my body, which is attempting to communicate with me through this physical manifestation of gray hair. Yes, this can halt the gray hair progression, though I don’t think it will have a significant impact on the dream of more gray hair. Instead, it will promote health and healthy hair in the future.

Give the hair as much gloss and shine as possible. Asterisk-marked task for hair that is porous. Here, cosmetics are utilized. A t.to. I treat the underlying causes first, and then I apply cosmetics that improve scalp blood circulation (not to mention massage).

My gray hair is restricted to the top of my head, like a cap (this is how highlighting is commonly done). Upon examining my emotions, I discovered that my head’s top muscles twitch when I’m stressed. As my hair in this area is generally much thinner than in the occipital region, I believe that this is also the cause of gray hair, which in this case can lead to alopecia. You must therefore work.

Influence “from the inside”

Vitamins and minerals, dietary supplements

  1. Solgar, Skin, Nails& Hair – dietary supplements with minerals. First of all, it was considered as a source of copper, the lack of which provokes gray hair. Yes, I want more gray hair, but ensuring a lack of copper is not the best solution, because not only the hair suffers. Copper is of great importance for maintaining the normal structure of bones, cartilage, tendons, elasticity of the walls of blood vessels, pulmonary alveoli, skin.
  2. Solgar B-Complex Stress Formula – B vitamins are shown with long -term physical and psycho -emotional overloads, for the nervous system. What is needed, because I got gray after a strong shock.
  3. Solgar Biotin – also vitamin B, important when growing hair, in fact building material. They grow faster = less damaged, I will begin to clean the tail faster, it will be easier to apply masks without touching the skin, etc.D. and t.p.
  4. Omega 3 – The appointment of an endocrinologist. I have many different brands, it just happened that I chose between different ones and accidentally ordered everything. My inner hamster rejoiced (as a mother of many, I am a real hamster, I have reserves of everything in the world in advance, because such a large ship is not easy to steer through economic storms). The indications are the same: insomnia, psycho-emotional overload, rejuvenation of the body.
  5. Magnesium – appointment of an endocrinologist and a true friend of my entire family. My character is not sugary in taste, especially from the point of view of cyclic manifestations, so I take magnesium for the common good).
  6. Selenium – appointment of an endocrinologist. Extremely important for thyroid function (I have hypothyroidism), normal functioning of the immune, reproductive, cardiovascular, nervous systems, affects the condition of hair and nails. Initially, I was prescribed Selzinc, then the appointment was changed to pure selenium.
  7. Vitamin D3 – appointment of an endocrinologist. For hair, this means help in the absorption of calcium by the body, the main building material of hair. With orange flavor, chewable. In such a dosage it is very dangerous for children, because it is sweet and you can eat a lot. Remove! Over the summer, there have already been several cases in the news with severe poisoning.
  8. Marine collagen I and III types Elans – contains vitamin C, this is the only collagen that you can drink without shuddering, I wash down all the vitamins with it. Collagen is essential for hair and nails. It is believed that collagen is a marketing figment, because.k. during digestion it breaks down into amino acids, but according to my friend it has an amazing rejuvenating effect, which does not give diet and protein intake. Yes, the reviews are custom-made (they pay buyers for reviews), but I trust the opinion of a friend more, she has been drinking it for years.
  9. Melaxen – not in the photo. This is an SOS remedy when you need to put yourself to bed. An endocrinologist"s prescription for extraordinary cases.

Life hacks with nutrition

I watch my figure, as many of us do here. I keep track of calories. I take a lot of walks. I see it as a source of KBZhU, or an entirely practical approach, on the one hand. On the other hand, food is psychology: if the children have a birthday, if the husband brought goodies from a business trip, if I cooked hamburgers for the family at 600 kcal. each, and there are six of us, then I will never refuse to share it with the family. This is really It’s crucial to maintain your composure and happiness.

I started considering products with a larger range of KBZhU after I got gray hair. I made a list of "Hair Products" and saved it in my notes. Whenever I’m in the mood for something similar, I refer to it and find what I need. I make a concerted effort to regularly cover every item on the list because, as a result of our habits, we end up eating a monotonous diet that depletes us of whole vitamin and mineral groups. I offer this list, which can be expanded upon:

  1. Fish (salmon, salmon, tuna);
  2. Chicken and quail eggs;
  3. Fruits (avocado, apples, oranges, strawberries);
  4. Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, tomatoes);
  5. Nuts (hazelnuts, almonds);
  6. Meat, poultry.
  7. Legumes (peas, lentils, soybeans).

Mechanical impact

Surround yourself with silk

Additionally, having multiple copies of everything is preferable so you have time to look after them.

  1. Replaced with a silk microfiber turban. The point is that with silk, hair does not dry out excessively.
  2. Silk pillowcase, because.. I realized that my hair was badly damaged in my sleep from friction.
  3. Silk sleeping cap. A pillowcase is not enough for me, because I have a habit of putting my palm under my head (I’m breaking the habit). Plus, if the cap flies off, the pillowcase will insure you. The effect from the cap is greater, trivially because the hair in it shifts less, and therefore gets injured. Sometimes I wear it during the day if I want to lay my head somewhere.
  4. Silk elastic bands, but they are in the back of the drawer for now.
  5. My plans: a silk scarf to put on over my clothes in the fall when my hair touches it. Or use it as a hat from bad weather.

A collection of combs

Nothing to be proud of about this place. According to their appearance, the three that are the most well-liked have been with me for a long time.)

  1. Macadamia – for distributing masks. For me, it is better than Tangle Teaser.
  2. Tangle Angel – a styling brush, tames hair in humid weather, when it is harmful for it to dry on its own. Right now it is too big for me, but I can handle it. It is noteworthy that the natural bristles on it are located at 30 degrees to the surface of the comb. The best brush in my life (I have had a lot of them).
  3. The bristle one quickly smooths out the scales and gives shine. Sos-comb. I use it rarely, it feels neat. I looked for a replacement, because.k. I even used to clean jeans with this, it seems to everyone to be a household item.
  4. Antistatic comb Triumph number 237 (Germany) – I call it "fingers": on my hair it"s like running your fingers through your hair with your fingers spread out, it"s enough to give it a look during the day. Always with me, for 15 years. Once it was lying at my workplace in the editorial office of a famous fashion magazine (not Vogue :)). There is a similar US brand with carbon combs, I ordered it and cancelled it, because.. the lost Triumph was found (in my husband"s closet).
  5. A no-name comb lifts the roots of the hair when drying. For 14 years my husband and I have been fighting over it. He squeezes it out, I swear, I don"t like it when he takes my combs. My husband rejected all the combs I bought especially for him.) In general – a war of combs.
  6. Bristle brush. I don"t use it. Just a spare one, when the others get lost.
  7. Semi-cylindrical styling brush (extreme) right). You can style the ends and the hated bob with it. It cost as much as an airplane.

Hair for the bathhouse: a thermal hat

I am skeptical about thermal caps: 220 from the network without an adapter, it"s just an electric chair! But an ordinary day of a mother of many changed everything: I mixed wallpaper glue, the youngest thought it was cookie dough. I mixed cookie dough, told the eldest to bake. The eldest turned on the oven, I applied the masks under a regular woolen hat, I glued the wallpaper in order to have time to pick up the eldest from the hospital. The eldest son forgot to put the baking sheet with cookies in the oven (he also forgot to mold them). As a result, I got fried on a stepladder, an hour instead of 20 minutes (while still wearing a hat). But when I washed off the mask, the result was obvious.

Externally speaking, every type of care produces the same outcome. The hair was soft after wearing the hat. I believe that you don’t look good on yourself, and I should only use the thermal cap with hair growth-stimulating products.

And the thermal cap was what I ordered. for 270 rubles. I should wait to wear it until my husband gets back from his business trip, he advised me. :))) Basically, I had intended to sew a thermal hat on my own using gel heat/cold accumulators; I even designed a pattern, but I never got around to it. Furthermore, I lack a microwave for a thermal hat containing seeds or bones. Previously, I would just place a woolen hat on an electric kettle, allow it to boil, allow the hat to get heated, and then place the warm hat over my head.

Massage and sports for hair

I don’t intentionally give massages. However, these days, when I’m stressed, my fingers automatically extend to knead the scalp on top of my head. Such a massage does not, however, release stress. Next, I place my hand behind the other shoulder and start kneading the neck from the back to the back of the head while applying pressure to the elbow with my other hand. Next, using the opposing hand. This aids in the immediate relaxation of the scalp spasms. You are free to use your fingers to massage your head after this.

In addition, I enjoy sports, especially handstands and the horizontal bar. Although I did take a long break, the handstand still offers three benefits: endurance, a gorgeous figure, and a reverse hair massage.

However, the issue extends beyond massage. Have you ever noticed that people who are overweight frequently have gorgeous hair? Yes, I do. I can now understand the issue while participating in sports. A person who eats a lot is probably meeting his body’s requirement for proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Because fat is a form of energy storage, excess calories are stored there. Furthermore, it is simple to become malnourished if you don’t eat much, which can result in thinning and gray hair in particular. Thus, choice number two:

  1. Try to eat as varied as possible and do not cut back on nutrition. I calmly eat 2000 kcal. per day with a weight of 51 kg., and I think that this is not enough.
  2. Gain muscle mass. Not necessarily like bodybuilders, but if you are able to pull yourself up, do push-ups, do jumping jacks, etc.d., then the muscles will be developed enough. And maintaining muscles is very energy-consuming for the body. Not during training, but the rest of the time. So I will spend a lot of calories (up to 3000 kcal. per day easily), which means that excess energy will not go into fat, and, most importantly, you can eat a lot and in a variety of ways, which means that your hair will receive a lot of different substances.

It is important to note that I have always eaten in moderation, which has helped me keep my figure, but I now realize that my poor hair was not receiving any nourishment at all.

Headwear: cultures and subcultures

It turned out that a baseball cap did not help when I recently had my hair cut. The ends of my hair stuck out and dried out, making it impossible for me to hide it from the sun anymore. The wind can easily blow out short hair. It doesn’t look good either. In addition, I walk between 10,000 and 25,000 steps a day, so taking care of your hair is essential to keeping it from burning out.

No, I was also considering fighting for my preferred headgear, thinking of the rappers who wear baseball caps with a durag tied underneath. This is a unique scarf that completely eliminates the ends of the hair that protrude from under the cap; it’s frequently silk (!). Everyone suggested us. I believe it will be fashionable—in sports, for instance! Upon discovering genuine silk, I will undoubtedly purchase it out of curiosity. I adore allusions to subcultures.

I went to the very center of Moscow and took a walk with my husband after the rain on the day of the haircut because I was experiencing high humidity. Muslims felt great with silk scarves, and they probably felt even better with their hair. It is also customary in Orthodoxy to wear scarves more frequently than we do. I asked my spouse, "How do you see it?" IMAD is the husband.

So, while I was picking up Panama 2-in-1, I was gleefully gazing at a hamster once more. Frequently, the wet summer entirely validated her. Under it, hair is shielded from the sun, breeze, and moisture. I wear it with the white side up in the summer and the dark side down in the winter.

By the way

And as soon as I wrote and looked for a picture of Panama, I understood that Karl had gray hair. Therefore, Maestro is accepted, his gray hair already serves as a brand symbol, and women are cruelly intimidated because of their gray hair. Karl, you see?

In addition, I wanted to order a silk ribbon so I could tie it in my hair at home like the 20s divas of the previous century. merely to reduce the fluttering of the front strands, as they keep falling on my face. However, I later canceled the order for an unknown reason. I’m sorry I did that. I use a silk robe to tie a belt. Observing the headpieces and headbands from the 1920s, I start to believe that they were obviously knowledgeable about hair.

We influence "from the outside": cosmetics

Lotions, shampoos and masks

The Lebel Viege line, which touts anti-aging claims, tempted me. The growth-stimulating products piqued my interest in it. In addition to promoting rapid hair growth, stimulating growth (or more specifically, blood circulation in the scalp) is also essential for ensuring that the "as prescribed" medications that I mentioned above are fully absorbed. And to lessen scalp spasms, too. I was tempted after reading about the qualities of the entire line, and I’m glad I did!

  1. Lebel Viege shampoo is declared as washing out metal ions from hair, which are in abundance in pipes. (Ionization really works, I know as a mother of an allergic child). Maybe it is this shampoo that I owe the change in the shade of my hair, it has become somehow youthful (I mean strands untouched by gray hair), you know, smoky-vegetable-blond. I used to wash my hair every day, because.. my scalp is oily. Now I consistently walk around with a beautiful head for 2 days. Never (!) has this happened. It is used sparingly: I foam it in a special jar and apply it to the roots twice.
  2. Lotion for stimulation hair growth Lebel Viege. That"s where the series was bought from. Everything in it seems good, you can just feel how the skin begins to buzz, it works. But I haven"t gotten used to applying it yet. It has a short beak-dispenser. If anyone cares, I will send a photo in the comments.
  3. Lebel Viege spray for strengthening roots. Easy to apply, definitely does not weigh down the roots. In general, nothing from Lebel weighs down my hair, which is for thin hair very unusual.
  4. Lebel Viege volume mask. Bomb-gun. Hair after it is voluminous, shiny. Lebel does not write the composition in full anywhere. This mask feels like a protein.
  5. Moisturizing mask Lebel Viege. Moisturizes strongly, but in the summer with high humidity it is excessive. I have put it aside for now, because.. my hair is over-moisturized.
  6. I also bought a moisturizing aroma cream IAU Lebel Serum, I hoped to see a conditioner in it, but no, this is a highly moisturizing mask that is instantly absorbed into the hair. For which it suffered the fate of the moisturizing mask Lebel Viege. We say goodbye until the heating season.

It also helped that Proscenia for colored hair, one of my favorite series, was there. It consistently leaves hair looking gorgeous and shiny. I use them both together or separately to look especially nice when I have to leave the house unexpectedly. I don’t use it very often because I think it’s better to avoid overusing these products because they’re more acidic than ordinary products.

  1. Mask Proscenia L for curly hair.
  2. Proscenia M mask for straight hair. I didn"t figure out how they differ from each other, because.. I didn"t use them that often. My hair is slightly curly.
  3. Proscenia shampoo for colored hair.

I really liked the jar with number one Cell Care from "Happiness." Every now and then, I use it alone. assures of profound molecular hydration. Its ability to over-nourish hair without over-moisturizing it, however, indicates that the composition is obviously complex—I believe it has a lot of proteins. I’ll purchase more. However, the product is dangerous and easily overdosed, but the results are amazing if you guess the dosage! It’s applied in an interesting way—hot water is frothed 1:2. I occasionally mix it with liquid pepper. I massage it into the scalp and apply the serum to the hair’s ends. Everything in its place.

Serums 2-4 stand for the process known as "Moisture on lock." However! No excessive moisturizing—as with a moisturizing mask and cream—was present.

In relation to protein serums Ρ-N-P-Element Correction I’ll return on my own. It’s too soon to make judgments.

Conditioner 5s and 5m are infinite. It is nourishing and moisturizing. I squeeze a tiny thread of the product onto my hand, switching between the front strands. They provide density to the front strands. They don’t make them heavier. They are meant to be cleaned off in general, but I use them as leave-in products.

All things weigh my hair down, generally. Anything, foam, hairspray, etc. Not Lebel, though. This is really amazing.

Pepper in liquid form. I’ve tamed this monstrous product long ago. I use two different application methods:

  1. I pour it into a heated bowl (a candlestick from a heat candle, pour boiling water over it and wipe it off, and voila, it’s hot) to the bottom and dip my fingertips. Separating the hair with my nails, I bring the oil on the pads right up to the scalp. Massage a little, without rubbing the roots, but slightly moving the scalp.
  2. I pour the bag into a bottle of cuticle oil, apply with a brush along the partings made with the Triumph 237 comb. The advantage of this method is that the application is more accurate in the process, without drips. Then I also massage a little, moving the scalp.

It is preferable to use something to shield the length. Keep your head warm. Lower your head over the bathtub’s edge to rinse. Otherwise, you’re sure to experience something amazing. I’ve even mastered the art of tilting my head just right to prevent any water from getting in my eyes. produces outstanding growth. I do it frequently, and it takes a very long time.

Incredible story

I would not have remembered about this oil if not for a series of events. At 5 am I was woken up by a phone call and a knock on the door. My husband is on a business trip. I go to the intercom and see a woman on the video, gray-haired, with the same stupid bob as mine (only disheveled) and about years old 20+. It sent a chill down my spine. The woman was barefoot, in a nightgown, while according to the cameras she purposefully approached our door and knocked on it, hanging out in her smartphone in between. Everything. Total shock. I didn"t open the door.
During the day I look again, my 6-year-old son: Mom, she looks like you! Again chills on the skin. I see it myself.)) The older ones hissed at the little one, which means they also saw the similarity.
S.. The woman was most likely some neighbor, clearly out of her mind and poking at her phone, perhaps calling some services, the daughter decided to clean the house out of harm"s way. I was hanging out on HM in longing for my cut hair. And suddenly my daughter puts hot pepper in front of me:
– Here"s some hair growth stimulant. I found it while cleaning. This woman probably only showed up so that I could find you this product.
– Yeah, and tell her that I came from the future so that you could find it.
– Yes, so that you could start growing your hair!)
That"s it, curtain. I really wouldn"t have remembered this oil myself.

The red ones—I’m not even sure if they need an introduction—you all know who they are. I employ all three. It’s my responsibility to protect the ends of the hair from outside moisture during this time of high humidity.

  1. Lebel Moist – moisturizing serum. I don’t see any visual effect from it, I believe in its moisturizing properties.
  2. Lebel Forti – the same one that you can smear a bison with, a reference to this timeless product. It also does not weigh down the hair. S.t. here it protects from damage, then apparently with proteins. I apply it more to the ends, but it is enough for the whole hair.
  3. Lebel Sleek – I did not expect anything from it at all, I bought it to use with the rest. But I liked it. It instantly adds shine to dry hair (and this is important for gray hair), and when applied to damp hair, I understand that it retains moisture inside (which is very important for porous hair).
  4. Lebel TrieTuner Water 0. Water for styling. About 15 years ago there was a lotion-thermoprotection of this series, simply endless. But this water is used up quickly. At first I used it often, until the trio of leave-in products arrived. Water tames fluff, adds softness, shine, makes combing easier. I really liked it! But with leave-in products these problems went away. I will use water on my daughter, and maybe she will live to a greater length of my hair. I might come back to it during the heating season.

Care results

I have nothing noteworthy to discuss. There is hair growth. However, a month is insufficient to fully comprehend how much it has accelerated. My hair has undergone a qualitative transformation; it is now consistently gorgeous, glossy, silky, well-managed, and appears to have taken on a new hue. However, there were also days when I was so blind to over-moistening.

The masks seem to be self-sufficient, so I don’t feel like I need conditioner. However, I’m not sure after reading hundreds of articles on the website. Lebel, however, hardly has any conditioners. I enjoy the lightness of Lebel hair, so I’m not in a rush to move brands.

I’m not sure if the gif will provide you with any information; it’s really too early to report on a month of treatment. Gray hair glares in the daylight as usual. Or is this a function of the auto-tuning on the iPhone?

Gray hair requires special care to maintain its health and shine Dyeing gray hair can be a way to cover up age or experiment with new looks

Gray hair has come to represent accepting oneself and growing older gracefully. More people are choosing to wear their natural gray as a statement of self-confidence and individuality, even though it might take some getting used to.

Some people find that coloring their gray hair helps them feel more confident and keeps them looking young. The decision that best suits your needs and how you feel about yourself is the only one that matters.

The most crucial thing is that you’re content with your choice, whether you decide to color it or accept your gray hair. Your confidence comes through, no matter what color hair you have.

For many people, having gray hair poses a special challenge because it’s a normal aspect of aging that can be either embraced or hidden. Some people adore their silver hair, viewing it as a representation of genuineness and wisdom. Some are under pressure to dye them in order to maintain their youthful appearance. Many are conflicted about how to feel about becoming gray because of this internal tug of war. But the decision is very personal and shows how we negotiate both our own self-acceptance and society’s standards of beauty.
