Everyone wants to have shiny, healthy hair, but getting there can be difficult, particularly if your hair is porous. This kind of hair is typically dry, frizzy, and challenging to style. But you can achieve silky, smooth locks from unruly strands if you use the right products.
A game-changer for people with porous hair is CHI Argan Oil. This thin, nourishing oil adds vital moisture and manages frizz by penetrating deeply into the hair shaft. What was the outcome? hair that is extraordinarily glossy and feels as silky as possible.
CHI Argan Oil might be the answer you’ve been looking for if you want to manage your hair better and give it a more radiant, healthy look.

Argan Oil Rejuvenating Masque
As I’ve already mentioned, this brand marked the beginning of my journey to the hair of my dreams. Other personal care items started to show up on my shelf over time, but I was eager to get back to this jar.
Description
From the manufacturer
Damaged hair is revitalized and deeply nourished by the CHI Argan Oil Rejuvenating Mask. Its abundant natural makeup provides curls with essential vitamins and antioxidants. Hair restores moisture balance, looks amazing, smooths out, becomes elastic, and shines!
USA is the origin country.
Appearance
I find this line’s design to be really appealing. It is constructed with gold accents and a deep, dark chocolate color.
The mask is contained in a thick plastic jar. Not to be overlooked is the incredibly handy flip-top lid that requires no unscrewing.
Composition
Composition:
Aqua, Water, Eau Dicetyldimonium Chloride, Glycerin, Behentrimonium Chloride, and Cetearyl Alcohol Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Bisamino PEG / PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone, Hydrolyzed Silk, Ceteareth-20, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil,Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Linoleamidopropyl pg-dimonium chloride phosphate, Glycolic Acid, Tocopherol, and Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, Phenyl trimethicone, Peg-8 methyl ether dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Polyquaternium-37, Propylene Glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, Cetrimonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Sodium PCA, Potassium Sorbate, Flavor, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, and Linalool are among the ingredients of caprylyl glycol.
The mask’s intricate design serves multiple purposes at once. There are conditioning and softening agents, oils, natural silk, and a moisturizer.
Consistency
The mask is translucent and white. Its texture is thin and creamy.
The process of removing the mask from the jar was not very practical. It spreads slightly without a special spoon. It’s time to purchase; there will be a justification.
Economical consumption: To cover the entire length, I need to use about 1 teaspoon. It literally absorbs right away after application, veiling each hair in a silky layer.
Aroma
Judging by the jar’s appearance, I was expecting to smell something potent, maybe overwhelming. The scent’s subtle hint of Eastern tenderness caught me off guard, though. It’s subtle, slightly sweet, and completely unnoticeable. In the first few hours, I hear a very delicate, feminine sound. It is barely noticeable and does not overpower the fragrance of the perfume.
How to use
The manufacturer advises using the necessary amount of mask and leaving it on for five minutes after shampooing. Additionally, emulsify with a little warm water before rinsing.
My impressions
My first observation was that the hair was smooth and perfectly untangled. Apparently, I didn’t even need a comb because my fingers easily glided through my hair, not coming across any obstructions along the way.
Regarding the outcome, given that the brand names the mask with argan oil, I was anticipating a more nourishing effect, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that my hair seemed to have gotten all it needed.
I felt that the hair was nourished in terms of elasticity, weighting, and smoothness, and hydrated in terms of its general softness.
I wear the mask for roughly five minutes at a time. I thus receive a more balanced result during this time. The hair feels more hydrated after being left on for over fifteen minutes. They get softer and lighter, but I don’t see a lot of frizz.
In my care, the mask proved to be among the most adaptable. I don’t need to use many extra products to tame my porous structure because it is so self-sufficient.
- Excellent conditioning
- Comprehensive care in the form of nutrition, restoration and hydration
- Smoothness, elasticity, shine
- The holding time can affect the final result. You need to find your "golden mean".
Among the most popular application schemes is:
My new hair care product, Alfaparf Semi Di Lino Moisture Shampoo, was a hit from the first application. without squeaking, very gently cleanses the scalp and hair. The strands are already nourished, smooth, and untangled after rinsing. The impression that extra care, such as nutrition, was applied in addition to shampoo, but the hair does not weigh down, staying crumbly and voluminous all the way down.
The occasion’s hero is the CHI Argan Oil Mask. I wear the mask for this scheme for ten to fifteen minutes. I like my hair the best now that I’ve been exposed because the ends are more elastic and moisturized.
The last phase of my treatment is Kerastase Curl Manifesto Leave-in Cream. It nourishes, moisturizes, and gives curls elasticity. It also possesses heat-protective qualities. I adore it because it protects against humidity and has a great fixation effect without sticking.
The mask is something I would suggest:
- For owners of thin hair – the mask does not weigh down or over-nourish the hair. They remain voluminous and mobile.
- For porous, damaged hair – it will perfectly cope with dryness, frizz, is able to smooth, moisturize and give elasticity and shine.
Argan Oil Leave-in Treatment Restorative Hair Oil
After using the mask from the same series for the first time, I bought the hair oil right away. And my hair is already in its second jar, which it loves without end.
Description
From the manufacturer
A light, easily absorbed oil blend created especially to moisturize and revitalize dry, damaged hair. The product, which is high in antioxidants and vitamin E, instantly smoothes hair and gives it a healthy shine, healthy appearance, and increased mobility. shields hair from UV and heat damage.
USA is the origin country.
Appearance, consistency, aroma
A dark coffee plastic bottle holds the oil. Golden accents and inscriptions give the design a luxurious appearance.
A highly practical dispenser that releases a pea-sized portion of the product when pressed is present. There was a lid as well, but I misplaced it.
The oil has a medium thickness and is not sticky by consistency. It glides over the hair and is easy to apply, making it possible to distribute the desired amount evenly.
Similar in scent to the mask from this series, but even more subtle and mildly spicy. Unfortunately, it doesn’t stay on hair very long.
Composition
Composition:
Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, Caprylyl Methicone, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Tocopheryl (Vitamin E) Acetate, Hydrolyzed Silk, Tocopherol, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Aqua/Water/Eau, Fragrance (Parfum), Benzyl Benzoate,Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Benzyl Salicylate, Linalool, Hydroxycitronellal, Geraniol, Citronellol, Eugenol.
Prior to active ingredients like argan oil, moringa oil, and silk proteins, the composition primarily consists of silicones. Emulsifiers, preservatives, and fragrance round out the list.
How to use
A tiny amount of the product must be applied to damp or dry hair; do not rinse.
My impressions
Because of this product’s special ability to smooth hair, I fell in love. Strands gain luster and suppleness, gain mass, and become easier to handle. The oil has shown to work well with moisturizing masks, consistently trapping moisture in the hair, but I was most pleased with the outcome when used in conjunction with the CHI Argan Oil mask. Together, they completely transform my twisted, broken structure.
I usually applied the oil to either dry or damp hair. You can effortlessly get rid of frizz and add extra smoothness to your hair in this way. Imagine my shock, then, when I smeared the oil onto my damp hair! As I was using a hairdryer to dry them, I could already feel that they were getting heavier and easier to handle. I could even use a regular comb to set them in the proper direction without needing to use a brush to achieve the straightest hair.
Since this is the straightest and smoothest hair I have ever had without the use of thermal devices, I was quite happy with the outcome.
- Smoothes hair
- Protects from humidity
- Nourishes, restores
- Makes combing easier
- The oil is quite "heavy" – if you overdo it, it can oversaturate fine hair.
Maintenance routine to get my hair as smooth as possible:
The sulfate-free Alfaparf Semi Di Lino Moisture Shampoo already takes care of the hair and scalp’s gentle cleansing at this point.
CHI Argan Oil Mask: I leave the mask on for approximately five minutes during this routine to avoid over-moisturizing. My hair feels as though it receives equal amounts of nourishment and moisture as a result.
CHI Argan Oil Hair Oil: I apply the oil to damp hair (so that water does not run off it) and spread it evenly down the length of the hair, avoiding the roots. I use a hairdryer with warm air at about a 20-centimeter distance to dry my hair.
I advise using the oil:
- For owners of damaged, porous hair – the oil will give a well-groomed look and protect the hair from harmful environmental factors.
- For girls with curly and wavy hair – of course, the oil is not able to straighten such a structure by 100%, but it can smooth it out, give it a elasticity and shine – quite!
However, since oil weighs down hair and can cause overdrying, I advise those with thin, low-porosity hair to use it sparingly.
