When hair is damaged or overly processed, having shiny, healthy hair can seem like a faraway dream. Over time, hair can lose its strength and beauty due to various factors such as heat styling, coloring, and normal wear and tear. Fortunately, there are reasonably priced options that don’t sacrifice effectiveness.
Tefia My Care Repair is one such solution. It provides affordable salon-quality care for damaged hair by revitalizing and restoring it. However, how effective is it for blondes, whose hair frequently faces even more difficulties?
In this post, we’ll examine whether Tefia My Care Repair is a dependable choice for anyone trying to revive their hair without going over budget, as well as whether it can actually be a "friend" to blonde, damaged hair.

Shampoo for Damaged Hair for intensive hair restoration
Description of the manufacturer
The most delicate cleaning and smoothing of the hair surface are achieved at low pH levels.
- Keratin complex reconstructs porous areas of damaged hair, restores strength and elasticity to hair, adds softness and natural shine.
- Natural jojoba and avocado oils provide additional nutrition and hydration to hair.
- Goji berry oil has a strengthening effect, protects damaged hair from the negative effects of the environment.
Packaging
There is only one style used throughout the entire series. The products’ designs are echoes. These are jars and bottles with warm yellow-orange stickers on them. The artwork uplifts your spirits and gives you a positive outlook. The labels are elegant, yet understated and minimalist. Nothing superfluous, as I like.
The shampoo comes in a 300 ml plastic bottle, though a 1000 ml version is also mentioned on the manufacturer’s website. The bottle is opaque, dense, and not overly hard plastic. It’s a cylindrical bottle. The product’s name is printed on the front, and its composition and description are printed on the back.
The shampoo operates on the "disk-top" principle and has a standard lid. When you apply pressure to the edge, a window appears that allows you to extract the shampoo.
The lid functions as intended, shuts firmly, and opens with ease.
Consistency and aroma
The shampoo has a pearly tint and a very lovely, delicate peach color. Regretfully, the picture does not convey this. The shampoo has a comfortable texture and is neither thick nor liquid. I haven’t seen many "colored" shampoos lately for some reason.
I’d give the aroma perfumery a call. It has floral, sweet, and oriental overtones. However, it is also felt gently, doesn’t choke, and doesn’t annoy. Feeling a scent like that while washing your hair is really enjoyable.
Composition
Aqua (water), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Sodium Lauryl SulFOSUCCINATE, GLYCOL DISTEARATE, COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE, Laureth-4, Behenamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Laureth-7 Citrate, Polyquaternium-10, TRIC ACID, PEG-12 Dimethicone, BIS(C13-15 ALKOXY) PG-AMODIMETHICONE, PEG-7 GLYCERYL COCOATE, PEG-200 HYDROGENATED GLYCERYL PALMATE, PERSEA GRATISSIMA (AVOCADO) OIL, HYDROLYZED ELASTIN, DESAMIDO COLLAGEN, HYDROLYZED KERATIN, SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL, LYCIUM BARBARUM (GOJI) SEED OIL, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE, METHYLCHLOROISOTHIAZOLINONE, PARFUM (FRAGRANCE), HEXYL CINNAMAL, BENZYL SALICYLATE, ACID ORANGE 7 (CI 15510).
As we can see, there are a lot of different ingredients in the composition. I won’t lie; I don’t criticize the compositions. I only focus on the elements that are actively involved, particularly those near the top of the list. The product’s functionality is what matters most.
Effect
The primary guideline for hair care is gentle cleansing. Furthermore, Tefia shampoo has shown to be a fairly delicate product. The first time, it foams a little. The resulting foam is almost imperceptible; it resembles cosmetic milk. I foam the shampoo in my hands before I apply it to the roots of my hair. When I massage, the foaming process usually happens on the scalp as well. However, there is essentially no foam in this instance. Although there isn’t as much foam during the second lathering, foaming is more active. You only need a tiny bit of shampoo to rinse your skin a second time.
Tefia shampoo offers delicate, mild cleaning. This is very significant to me because there is no creaking after it! I’m sure everyone with erratic, damaged hair will get it. My hair doesn’t feel "naked" after just one shampoo; I can already feel some light conditioning. You can use your fingers to separate the strands once they have softened. Though obviously not as much as with a balm, the hair is perfectly softened considering that shampoo was the only product that touched it.
Even though my scalp is not sensitive, this product worked wonders on it. No dryness, itching, or dandruff. Even though the shampoo is really gentle, I didn’t wash my hair more frequently. All things considered, Tefia shampoo works wonders as a mild shampoo for fragile, damaged hair. I believe the shampoo will also work for girls who prefer gentle washing and have undamaged hair. I found that the shampoo was the ideal daily cleanser.
Five stars out of five Cost: roughly 250 rubles 300 milliliters in volume.
Intensive Mask for Damaged Hair
Description of the manufacturer
- Intensively nourishes and restores hair.
- Keratin complex and ceramides combat structural damage to hair, reconstructing porous areas and returning strength and elasticity to hair.
- Natural jojoba and avocado oils provide additional nutrition and hydration to hair.
- Goji berry oil protects damaged hair from the negative effects of the environment.
Packaging
The entire series is styled in a single way, as I have previously stated. The shampoo bottle and the mask’s packaging have comparable designs. Within a white plastic washer-jar is the mask. An adhesive label surrounds the perimeter. It contains information about the product, its uses, its name, and its series.
The lid can be unscrewed, and to access the mask itself, you must pull a tab on a protective plastic membrane beneath it.
I think I’ve written about this packaging for masks quite a bit because I think it’s the most practical. You can use the product until the very last drop.
Consistency and aroma
The mask has a subtle peach hue, much like a shampoo. only without pearl mother. It has a very light, creamy-gel consistency that is akin to yogurt; it is not thick.
The scent is quite unique and intriguing. Professional products frequently have similar smells, so when I open the jar, I automatically assume I’ve heard of this before. The scent is quite "individual" here. This scent has notes of herbs and perfume and is unsweetened. It is "expensive," agreeable, discrete, and delicate.
Composition
AQUA (WATER), CETEARYL ALCOHOL, BEHENTRIMONIUM CHLORIDE, MYRISTYL ALCOHOL, DIMETHICONE, CERA ALBA, BEHENAMIDOPROPYL DIMETHYLAMINE, BIS (C13-15 ALKOXY) PG-AMODIMETHICONE, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, CETRIMONIUM CHLORIDE LACT, IC ACID, SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL, PERSEA GRATISSIMA (AVOCADO) OIL, LYCIUM BARBARUM (GOJI) SEED OIL, HYDROLYZED KERATIN, CERAMIDE NG, PHENOXYETHANOL, METHYLPARABEN, ETHYLPARABEN, PROPYLPARABEN, PARFUM (FRAGRANCE), HEXYL CINNAMAL, BENZYL SALICYLATE, ACID RED 52 (CI 45100), ACID ORANGE 7 (CI 15510).
That I don’t criticize the ingredients was what I wrote. However, in this case, I would prefer to see the helpful ingredients closer to the top of the ingredient list. With keratin, which is found nearer the end of the composition, this is particularly true. Given that the mask is intended for hair damage, a larger percentage of input would be required. I’m not a technologist, though; this is just logic.
Effect
The light consistency of the mask allows it to be evenly applied to the hair. Even though I prefer thicker products because they require less consumption, it turned out to be very economical. I apply the mask to the hair very gently, working my way through each strand to ensure that every hair is treated. The conditioning of the strands is immediately apparent. For my hair, a portion of roughly 1.5 to 2 teaspoons is sufficient. It seems very economical to me.
I played around with the mask’s holding time. It is advised by the manufacturer to apply for five to ten minutes. When I used it on 5, there was no supernatural effect—rather, it was like having a good conditioner. You can get softening, conditioning, and easy combing after such exposure. You will receive the above benefits in addition to much more nourished hair if you leave the mask on for ten minutes.
Above all, though, I enjoyed applying the mask, spreading it evenly over the strands, covering it with a towel and shower cap, and then taking long, leisurely walks for fifteen to twenty minutes. In this manner, your hair will be wonderfully nourished, smoothed, and soft to the touch. Following this procedure, a potent caring effect is felt. Only if your hair is extremely porous and damaged might you need to leave the mask on longer. Because the outcome is also pleasing after 10 minutes of exposure.
The mask is a fantastic complement to the shampoo. When used together, they consistently produce quality work. While the mask softens, nourishes, smoothes, and makes combing easier, the shampoo gently cleanses the hair. The mask is ideal for frequent application. It’s not hard at all, you won’t notice. My hair felt nice no matter how much I used it. But because I didn’t always take enough care of the ends of my hair, leave-in products from the same line saved the day.
Four stars out of five For the arrangement, in which the most beneficial elements are positioned near the bottom of the list, and for the fact that this mask did not always adequately moisturize the ends of my hair. Capacity: 250 milliliters Cost: roughly 350 rubles
For people with blond or bleached hair, Tefia My Care Repair is an affordable professional treatment for damaged hair. When looking to repair hair at home, many choose it because of its affordable price and ability to restore strength, shine, and moisture to hair. Blond hair appears healthier, stronger, and more vibrant thanks to the formula, which targets damaged areas.
Spray-Reconstructor for Damaged Hair Intensive Hair Restoration

- Aligns the hair surface, adds softness and shine.
- Instantly detangles hair, removes static electricity.
- Highly effective polymer complex in combination with keratin protects against mechanical and thermal damage.
- Natural jojoba and avocado oils provide additional nutrition and hydration to the hair.
- Coji berries oil protects damaged hair from the negative effects of the external environment.
Packaging
Once more, an opaque white bottle. Recently, I don’t recall using any sprays in opaque bottles. The label uses the identical layout. The composition and description are located on the back. The product will last for a very long time because the bottle holds up to 250 ml of it.
This spray has an atomizer/dispenser installed, just like all sprays do. A transparent white plastic cap covers it. The actual atomizer is underneath it. It sprays the spray in a gentle cloud and operates flawlessly. It’s true that I have seen a finer spray, but that doesn’t matter.
The dispenser continues to function flawlessly and has never "stuck."
Consistency and aroma
Seeing that the spray is two-phase or not is challenging because it comes in an opaque bottle. However, from what I gather, it’s not. It has a cloudy, transparent-white consistency similar to water. Two-phase sprays are more uniform and resemble milk in appearance.
It has a nice, subtle scent of fresh vegetables powder. After using the spray, it quickly evaporates and leaves no residue behind.
Composition
AQUA (WATER), PEG-12 DIMETHICONE, POLYSORBATE 20, CETRIMONIUM CHLORIDE, PEG-7 GLYCERYL COCOATE, BEHENAMIDOPROPYL DIMETHYLAMINE, BIS-PEG-18 METHYL ETHER DIMETHYL SILANE, PERSEA GRATISSIMA (AVOCADO) OIL, HYDROLYZED KERATIN, ARGININE, SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL, LYCIUM BARBARUM (GOJI) SEED OIL, LACTIC ACID, DIAZOLIDINYL UREA, METHYLPARABEN, PROPYLPARABEN, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, PARFUM (FRAGRANCE), HEXYL CINNAMAL, BENZYL SALICYLATE, ALPHA-ISOMETHYL IONONE, BUTYLPHENYL METHYLPROPIONAL, COUMARIN, LIMONENE, HYDROXYISOHEXYL 3-CYCLOHEXENE CARBOXALDEHYDE, LINALOOL.
This composition is more to my taste. The ingredients that are helpful are nearer the top of the list.
Effect
It turned out that using the spray was enjoyable and quite light. I spray it on my hair after washing to further soften and facilitate combing. The spray didn’t seem particularly "silicone-like" or appealing to me. I’m used to these products coating my hair in silicones instantly and making the comb glide like butter. Tefia spray should not be applied to hair right away; instead, you should wait for the product to "work" before picking up the comb.
And what about the results? Combing provides some relief, but it takes some time. There is slight moisturizing and some softening, but not much.
While the product is enjoyable, there are better options available, particularly for damaged hair. The spray worked great for me when it came to taking care of my length the day after I washed it; it works better to untangle dry hair than wet or damp hair. To put it briefly, the spray won’t make extremely damaged hair seem silky. It is light, but it will care. The product, in my opinion, is better suited for people with thin hair. Perhaps because mine is still stiffer, I did not experience the desired effect.
Three stars out of five The spray was too light for my hair; it would work better on finer, possibly unbleached hair. Capacity: 250 milliliters Cost: roughly 320 rubles
Restorative serum for severely damaged hair Hair Recovery Serum
Description of the manufacturer
- Gives a healthy, well-groomed look even to severely damaged porous hair in one application.
- Instantly smoothes the hair surface, makes it soft and silky, as well as a delightful shine.
- Ceramides fight structural damage to hair.
- Natural jojoba and avocado oils provide nutrition and hydration to hair.
- Goji berry oil protects damaged hair from the negative effects of the environment.
- With regular use, it prevents split ends.
Packaging
The same design – a small bottle made of white, opaque plastic. It has a cheerful orange-yellow sticker. On the back is the composition and description of the product.
Through a dispenser-spout, the serum is forced out. It has a tiny plastic cap to keep it closed. A tiny amount of the serum is released when you press the "nose."
There are no issues with usage; the mechanism functions flawlessly.
Consistency and aroma
The description and dispenser may lead one to believe that the serum is an oleaginous liquid. However, no. It’s a cream. It has a thick, white consistency devoid of glitter or shimmer.
The serum doesn’t appear particularly thick at first, but as soon as you begin applying it to your hands or hair, you begin to feel "resistance." Once more, the scent is pleasing and perfume-like, resembling the scents of other items in the range.
Effect
I have to admit that I thought the cream tasted great! Specifically, the serum. The consistency of this product is different from what I’m used to. I mentioned earlier that it’s difficult for me to rub some of the serum between my palms. However, the product adheres to the hair flawlessly. It feels a little bit like hair wax, by the way. But care wax, not styling wax.
I use the spray first, then the serum, which offers very gentle care. In other words, the serum makes up for what the spray did not provide. My hair gets healthier, straighter, smoother, and easier to manage. I appreciate that this product looks after its ends. To the touch, they seem thicker. However, based on my observations, it’s best to apply the serum sparingly or mix it with other leave-in products—preferably ones that are moisturizing. With repeated use, the composition’s keratin begins to show, and you may experience a slight stiffness.
The serum and a hair dryer get along great. Following it and "hot" styling, the hair has a unique smoothness that makes it manageable, light, but dense. Frizz will be avoided and the straightening effect will be maintained by the serum.
Five stars from me Nothing is wrong with this serum; everything about it is excellent, and it’s great for styling. 100 milliliters is the volume. Cost: roughly 400 rubles
