And ups and downs almost to burnout in the summer hair care marathon

Our hair can suffer during the summer. It becomes difficult to keep your hair looking healthy and fresh every day because of the heat, sun, and humidity. Often, what begins as a carefree, sunny season becomes an endless cycle of cleaning, conditioning, and damage repair.

The summertime hair care regimen may seem like a marathon to many. You put a lot of effort into maintaining the perfect look for your hair, but sometimes it seems like too much. Feeling overwhelmed by frizz, dryness, and split ends is a common occurrence.

Burnout may result from this never-ending struggle if you’re not careful. Finding a balance between taking care of your hair and treating yourself occasionally is crucial. Here’s how to handle summertime hair care’s ups and downs without losing your sanity or your beautiful hair.

Because of the intense heat, sun, and constant styling that strains hair, summertime hair care can feel like a marathon. Maintaining its health and appearance can be a demanding task that can occasionally push one to the brink of burnout. However, you can manage the stress and still have gorgeous, well-maintained hair throughout the season with the correct mix of maintenance, relaxation, and hydration.

Hair care at the beginning marathon and error correction

1. Shampoo

Regular hair washing. I’ve been using the same shampoo for the past six months, and I’m happy with the outcome. The scalp adjusts to its natural tendency toward oiliness. You can forego doing the laundry the following day, but I’m a sleepyhead and can’t get out of bed without giving myself a shower.

However, I’ve been thinking lately that it’s too harsh for my hair because it’s creaky at the roots. I also took note of the fact that there should be more than one shampoo after looking through the website; I still need to figure out which masks are which shampoos. However, the shampoo question is still unanswered.

2. Masks

I use the following masks in rotation every time I wash my hair: moisturizing, nutrition, moisturizing, nutrition, restoration. Moisturizing is the job of two masks. See antifreeze and give soufflé a compliment.

Since the antifreeze is silicone-free and the hair is light to mediumly moisturized, I adore each of them separately. In order to avoid overdoing it with multi-layer care, complement provides strong moisturizing. For this reason, I choose the lightest product for the next step.

For now, nutrition is the responsibility of the Insight Dry Hair mask. This mask creates an equally striking effect. For the time being, I have left out the Lador Hydra mask (which I had previously mentioned in the nutrition section). However, I’ve discovered a fantastic application for this mask—more on that later. I’m following the order for now.

KeyPro Botox is one of my favorite recovery masks. Everything would be alright, but recently, as I browsed the website, I read positive reviews of Brelil with Oats, my former favorite mask. I made the decision to give it another go because, perhaps, I had been too harsh on it by pushing it further back on the shelf. In the past, I used it frequently rather than on a schedule, and I came to the incorrect conclusion about it.

Complex masks don’t make my hair happy; I can tell it needs more moisture. That is, unless I haven’t yet discovered one that has an adequate amount of each.

Mask schedule

When I realized my hair wasn’t in the best condition, I started to reevaluate how I was taking care of it. I became aware that I should drink more water. For this reason, I added two moisturizing instead of just one. The current timetable is as follows: One nourishing, two moisturizing, one nourishing, and one recuperative. The state has gotten better.

3. Conditioner

Every time I wash my hair, I use conditioner, and I also apply conditioner to every mask. Here’s where there’s another query. I realized that different masks require different conditioners to be applied, and that conditioners can also vary.

I used this moisturizing Lador conditioner as my only conditioner at the start of the marathon. Investing in Angel conditioner was a suitable step toward maintaining hair health. When used in conjunction with it, masks shone with superior outcomes. Right now, this is my favorite, and I anticipate having it in my heart for a very long time.

4. Creams, hair spray

Angel Fantasy spray and Masil 9 protein cream were the only two available to me for a while. I started to notice that this cream was starting to work differently during the summer marathon. You can’t use protein creams continuously, is the answer I discovered after reading through a lot of information about them again. It is best used as a course, followed by a break, which is what I am doing at the moment. or switching it out for a nourishing and moisturizing cream.

Purchasing Angel hair cream was the answer to the dilemma. It functions as a nourishing and moisturizing cream. My hair has returned to its natural state. My hair’s affinity for moisturizing products is evident.

Another innovation

This is an additional heat protection cream purchase. I had been hoping that my leave-in creams would have protective properties. I was upset to see my hair growing back. I didn’t have thick hair. Blow-drying began to bother me, and I never even considered comparing pictures of the same treatment, like the outcomes of moisturizing masks. However, it occurred to me that I ought to purchase creams that offer heat protection.

I wonder now if I can use it with my creams, but for now I’m good because I don’t see any overdrying. It seems to be compatible, too. Furthermore, I adore the scent that lingers for a very long time. It gives my hair a thick, light texture. I usually use more of it on the ends of my hair, and I love the way it looks. There is good density at the ends.

5. Oil

As a final step, I always used Chi Infra gel. I was pleased with the outcome. As a result, my hair is more lustrous and crumbly. One drop prior to drying, following the cream naturally, and only one gram once the hair has dried. I want to add Kerastase oil for alternation in addition to the gel, but I’m not sure which one to use just yet.

Pre-poo

I started using unnecessary conditioners when I washed my hair using the pre-poo method, and then I started using masks. As I mentioned earlier, I have not included the Lador mask in my routine care as of yet. This isn’t totally accurate; I don’t have any big plans for it, but it works really well in pre-poo when combined with restorative masks.

It was overpowering my hair, or something, so I was no longer seeing any effects from it. There will be results if it is used infrequently. I recently came upon information about the pre-poo method that included this combination, and so far, I like it. I’m keeping an eye on this combination right now. According to the comparison, the hair is denser, more of it, and crumbly for a longer period of time after just a recovery mask and pre-poo with Lador.

There are only two aspects of the pre-poo washing method that I find confusing:

  1. In order for the mask to penetrate the hair better, it is necessary to open the hair cuticle, but how will this happen if the shampoo does not penetrate through the mask / conditioner?
  2. If you apply the conditioner first in the pre-poo method, then the scales are closed, and the subsequent mask will not penetrate at all.

So far, I’ve come to a conclusion about myself. Before washing the roots, I apply a mask rather than a conditioner that I will leave on. Which product functions first or second in the pre-poo method? Please explain. However, I am happy that such care is having an effect.

Problem or not a problem

The water’s quality and how it affects my hair is the topic I haven’t researched the most thus far. To be honest, I haven’t actually fixed this error yet; I’m just considering it.

We moved into a house a few years ago; everything is fantastic, of course, but initially there was concern over the water’s quality. The water was already 35 meters deep when the well was drilled, but we went to 75 meters because we wanted better quality, and they claimed it was artesian. That’s what I assumed was it, but no.

The next thing to consider was whether or not the water could still be consumed in the event that an orange layer appeared on the sink quickly. We sent samples to the epidemiological and sanitary station. The results of the analysis indicated that the water is safe to drink and of good quality. You can drink this water despite the fact that the iron content is slightly higher than usual.

However, since the water supply is directly connected to the heated floor, we made the decision to install water filtration to prevent rust from eating away at the pipes. I also grew weary of cleaning the plumbing, and my biggest fears were related to the dishwasher and washing machine. They are, after all, my helpers! Sincerely, I didn’t give my hair much thought until I recently noticed in the picture how the urban water affected both my own and my hair’s quality for frantic money. 129763;

We added three filters to our water system: one for the entire house, one for the kitchen, and one for the purified water. Basically, it means that you have to dump technical salt twice a month. That is the question’s main objective.

How? How does my hair react to this salt? My hair takes a while to come out after sea water, so it comes as a huge surprise. The water is so soft in the first two weeks that it is impossible to wash the soap off your hands; it foams endlessly and leaves a sticky aftertaste when it doesn’t foam. But what a financial savings. It is difficult if you wait a little while to add salt.

In the coming days, a water purification expert will replace the filters. I will inquire about ways to make things better and what more can be done to raise the standard. If any girls have answered a question like this, please let me know. Perhaps I made too many mistakes regarding the water’s quality, or perhaps this salt isn’t all that horrible. Dear God, 🫣

Observation and constancy

I didn’t wait more than a week to start snapping more photos of my hair. I indicate which products were used at the moment the picture was taken. One location, one angle, and one lighting source. This is a crucial point: the most important thing to do if you neglect any aspect of hair care is to get rid of the issue as soon as possible. Furthermore, you won’t even recognize the issue if you don’t take pictures.

My mistake in hair care

My professional hair dryer broke at the start of the marathon, so I always carried a little, cheap travel hair dryer with me as a backup. How different is my hair, oh my God? I discovered a mistake while writing this post, and without realizing it at the time, I changed a lot of my hair care regimen to get the same effect. Ultimately, the salon-grade hair dryer malfunctioned shortly after I registered for the summer marathon.

My dear friends, the hair dryer is the one responsible for everything! However, I’ve made a lot of new changes and am heading in the right direction. Of course I want Dyson, but it’s so hard to get there because it’s from Poland. I may give in and get Babilis Karuzo instead.

Plane plans to add funds

After reading about the attractive people in the area, she added a moisturizing mask, Kerastase oil, and a moisturizing cream to her wish list for herself. Yes, I have a lot of desires overall, but these particular funds are the main focus of the plans.

The results of the two months of the marathon

These are the outcomes from the marathon’s first two months. Here, the level of care varies. A hairdryer is different in the picture to – food, and then – recovery, different nonsense. I find this sad so far. (Therefore, I would like to take this increase and cut it to the state as shown in the first picture. After all, I was unable to morally put out the fire when I passed out in February. However, I hang on t.To. When she cut the length in February, she made a promise to herself and established a benchmark.

The most intriguing thing is what increases; I haven’t measured the length yet and I’ll hold out until the finish of the marathon. Additionally, there is a two-month difference as well as nutrient and moisture masks here.

Now that two weeks have passed since the tinting, I can see a color difference in the picture. Yes, the lighting is different and the sun isn’t shining through the window, but it’s time to apply the Estel Newton 10/7 tint mask.

I’ll compare the photo at the end of the marathon to the one taken with the same level of care.

Challenge Solution
Sun Damage Use a UV protectant spray to shield your hair from harmful rays.
Frizz Control Apply leave-in conditioner to keep hair smooth and hydrated.
Dryness Deep conditioning once a week helps restore moisture.
Oily Scalp Switch to a lightweight shampoo and reduce washing frequency.
Breakage Trim split ends regularly and avoid excessive heat styling.

Because of the heat, sun, and constant need for care, summer can be hard on our hair. Although it’s natural to feel overwhelmed, it’s crucial to keep in mind that consistently making small progress can have a significant impact.

Instead of aiming for flawlessness, concentrate on what suits your hair the best. You can keep your hair healthy without going broke by drinking plenty of water, using gentle products, and taking occasional breaks from styling.

Summertime hair care doesn’t have to be a full-on marathon, after all. It all comes down to balance and knowing when to take a little time out for yourself and your hair.
