The producer specializes in shampoo under the Absolut Repair Molecular brand. However, why shampoo?

Perhaps it contains more peptide bonding agents and amino acids?

The customer was not given this information by L’Oreal. However, I think it’s unlikely.

Maybe using shampoo is the only way that all the other care will function?

Maybe. However, if this were the case, the goods would most likely only be offered as a bundle.

Why then shampoo?

Shampoo was probably chosen because it’s a universal product. Some even use it exclusively. From this vantage point, shampoo is unquestionably something that can be recommended to even the most unskilled hair maniac.

Description

The bottle has a lovely gray-brown hue and a handy pump dispenser with a twist lock. Unfortunately, all of the interesting information for the consumer is contained on the label located on the back of the tube, and it is only available in English. On my specific copy of the shampoo, there isn’t a Russifier sticker (likely an importer error).

Three different volumes of the shampoo are available: 250 ml, 500 ml, and a 1.5 l salon version. I went with the 500 ml capacity for myself. "In vain-in vain," the duck says. If you are not completely certain about the product, don’t do this. Nevertheless, it is not in vain that they suggest acquainting yourself with new products in small quantities; at the very least, it won’t be quite as offensive to discard, gift, or utilize for other purposes.

The shampoo has a subtle pearly tint and is white in color. It has a viscous, thick, and creamy consistency. It foams really well despite its apparent thickness, and you only need a tiny amount for a thorough head wash. That being said, the consumption is absurd.

In keeping with the era, the scent is peculiar. It has a delicate, woodsy scent that actively embodies fougere. not dependent on gender. The smell didn’t appeal to me because I don’t like woodsy scents. However, it clings firmly to the hair. It reminds me of the male Run Wild by Davidoff, in my opinion.

Initial data

My scalp:

• Normal, prone to oiliness. Sebum is not thick, released moderately. Now I wash my hair every other day
• Can react to the wrong shampoo with itching and flaking
• Accepts most shampoos, but reacts best to sulfate cleansing
• Thick, not sensitive – generally problem-free.

My hair

• Straight and thin, but it is not so easy to over-nourish it, because.k. there is a moderate natural porosity
• Medium thickness, which is visually exposed after using inappropriate care
• Damaged by keratin straightening and coloring
• Brittle, weakened
• Medium length.

There’s water in my tap:

More and more, I’ve noticed lately, that the same shampoo can have completely different effects on water with varying hardness levels. I therefore made the decision to consider the quality of running water when writing my posts—at least when it comes to purification. For the sake of completeness, so to speak.

• Medium hardness, but with a considerable amount of impurities
• Not purified additionally by filters or water purification systems
• Not suitable for drinking without boiling.

My impressions

There were high expectations for a shampoo and pre-shampoo pair. Not too long ago, I started looking through the L’Oreal Professional brand’s assortment once more. I began with the brand’s iconic mask, the Absolute Repair, which Nastya AnastasiaKis and I were able to divide into equal parts. And it pleased us both, too! I therefore anticipated that the twin line Absolute Repair Molecular would produce an even more outstanding outcome.

First wash

I was thinking a lot after I washed my hair. What do you use after applying restorative shampoo and dressing?

Consequently, Kaaral X-RAL air conditioning was selected: it has a single orientation with recovery shampoo that is neither too light nor too heavy and blends well with most shampoos—in other words, it is a versatile soldier.

Following the initial wash:

• Hair is washed mediocrely
• After combing, the roots are very sleek
• The root zone is soft
• The smoothness of the roots is slightly more noticeable than after another shampoo with a cosmetic effect
• The "wow" effect was not achieved.

To be completely honest, I did not anticipate this. "It’s too soon to become angry!" Or maybe after using the shampoo twice in a row, I’ll get keratin smoothness?" – I hopeful thought. And the following day, I used the shampoo once more.

Is it worth torturing the scalp if the shampoo did not suit the first wash?

A few months ago, if you had asked me this question, I would have replied that the product should be given another opportunity. I believe not now. The most telling response is the skin’s initial reaction. If you use the incorrect shampoo for two or three times, you may develop skin issues that take time to resolve.

Second wash

I took a chance and used a mask after the shampoo for the second wash. Warning: I was waiting for the overdrink. Perhaps a rich rinse-off treatment and the shampoo are too strong for each other to complement each other? Nonetheless, it would be wise to alert prospective customers to this if it is the case.

Following the second wash:

• Hair is unwashed, greasy in appearance and feel
• Roots are matte, as if in an oil film
• Small skin particles are scattered all over the head, which are impossible to just take and remove
• Length (+- 15 cm. from the root) is terribly heavy
• There is no volume at all.

They don’t itch, but if you keep hitting your head against the wall while wearing Molecular shampoo, they will eventually show up.

Of course, washing the hair right away is ideal. However, given that I was previously aware of the issue of peeling from the incorrect shampoo—which I believed to be permanently forgotten—I am positive that this shouldn’t be done. Peeling won’t go away quickly, and it will get worse after an unexpected, hurried wash with too-cleansing shampoo.

What I carried out:

• I pulled my hair into a slicked-back ponytail (as you might have guessed, it wasn"t hard at all to do)
• I gathered my courage and went through the motions for a day
• The next day I washed my hair with a deep cleansing shampoo
• The next time I washed my hair I used a peeling.

Although the flakes persisted, they were notably less frequent. This is encouraging, in my opinion, because your skin will quickly return to its normal state and begin peeling off everything if you irritate it. I had no intention of having snow on my head.

Even after a week and a half, the shampoo’s cause of the issue remained. We will be parting with this product, I’m positive now.

I can categorically state that this is not a reaction to the silicone in the formulation because when I use shampoos containing amoimethicone, my skin doesn’t act out. It seems that the renowned amino acid composition was excessively rich for people with oily scalps.

A question about subsequent use

The question of whether to continue using the line emerged nearly two weeks after the last wash with Absolut Repair Molecular shampoo. If my scalp weren’t so obstinately outside of my hair comfort zone, I would even wager washing my hair with a molecular misunderstanding once more (stupidity and courage, yeah). How can I return? I’m not sure I understand. Maybe unique products are helpless in this situation; only time will tell.

What then to do with the antihero of the day – Absolut Repair Molecular shampoo?

As a matter of fact, there are numerous ways to use an inappropriate shampoo (such as shower gel, bath foam, comb and brush cleaning, or hand washing). However, I don’t fit in with any of them because I get rejected by the smell of the Molecular line.

How should one proceed?

Sale is my only option. Theoretically, I could give the shampoo to anyone with an oily scalp. I don’t want to measure the strength of their scalp. Fans of the line will undoubtedly be interested in the price I set at x/2 of the original.

Comparison with the classic Absolut Repair shampoo

I also received a miniature version of the iconic L’Oreal Professional brand Absolut Repair shampoo in addition to the Absolut Repair Molecular products. The line’s description indicates that they are very different even though they have the same names. I made the decision to compare my two products because of this. In the event that someone is considering purchasing but is undecided between regular and molecular shampoos?

The brand’s miniatures are really appealing to me; they resemble full-sized replicas only smaller. Moreover, L’Oreal doesn’t cut corners with volume. My barrel holds up to 100 milliliters. It has a pleasing, rich, yet creamy scent. The scents of the shampoo and mask reaffirm one another. Most likely, the entire series has a uniform scent.

The thick plastic of the yellow pot-bellied bottle is soft. Naturally, the label only includes the most essential information: composition, "how to use," and expiration date. The dispenser is flip-top and easily opens; not a single nail broke.

The shampoo has a thick, great foaming gel consistency. Not a bright yellow with an overwhelming amount of mother-of-pearl. Although mother-of-pearl in shampoos makes my hair quickly stale, I still think it’s very beautiful!

Shampoos gently, without making a squeaking sound. avoids tangling the roots. doesn’t let the length get dry. After drying, the roots are smooth and soft (Barex smoothes better), but they are also slightly weighted. A tiny bit of volume is lost, but not significantly. Baby hair is not confining.

Lunchtime the day after the evening hair wash is when the roots start to lose their freshness. Hair needs to be rewashed by the evening. But the biggest drawback I found when using it was that the shampoo accumulated. I advise against using it more frequently than twice in a row. difficult to deal with.

The shampoos seem pretty similar to me, even if we ignore the manufacturer’s claims that Absolut Repair Molecular shampoo can repair two years’ worth of damage in just one application. They contain silicone, both weigh down the root zone (in different amounts), gently clean, and eventually accumulate.

They are not, however, interchangeable.

It is preferable to try Absolut Repair Molecular rather than trying to cut costs by going with the traditional Absolut Ripea. I assure you that interest in the initial object of desire will not wane. You’ll then have to make two payments.

Despite its promising name, Absolut Repair Molecular shampoo from L"Oreal Professional falls short of expectations. Many users feel that it doesn"t deliver the deep repair and nourishment it claims.

Rather than enhancing the texture of hair, it frequently leaves hair feeling greasy and heavy, making it challenging to attain the glossy, smooth finish that most people desire from a professional shampoo.

It makes sense why so many people are dissatisfied given the brand’s reputation and price. There are better options out there that treat damaged hair more successfully.
