Where it all began
I made the decision to make 2022 the year of hair care in December of 2021. I had already started reading HM and was attempting to decide where to begin.
Nicotinic acid
Purchase: December 9, 2021; cost: 483 Nicotinic acid was the first product I purchased with the intention of taking better care of my hair than just washing it. I purchased it based on some vague information I had about how it promotes hair growth. ten pieces per package. 5 milliliters each. Easy to apply plastic ampoules.
It appears that I followed the directions and applied it to my dry skin once every three days after washing my hair. Since I took no measurements, I am unable to determine whether it is effective.
As someone with a great deal of experience, I would like to state that you could purchase any other good for this amount of money; the most important thing is to use a working stimulant and have fun. I have no intention of doing it again.
Coconut oil Bestofindia
Purchase date: December 12, 2021; cost: 166.56 Yes, and it hurt me too! First of all, I decided to cover myself in COCONUT, DAMN, OIL for the entire night because, for some reason, I forgot that I detest the smell of coconut. The only thing keeping me from pulling a nice facepalm was the thick oil that covered my entire head and hands, as well as the bathtub, the man, the T-shirt, and the cat.
Second, I didn’t consider what I would genuinely wrap my head in before making a purchase. I woke up all night long, rustling, from my boyfriend’s wrapping two garbage bags around me, from under which everything was leaking and smelling.
Thirdly, I applied practically the whole 100 ml bottle to my skin and hair without considering the appropriate amount to use. That’s when I essentially realized that industrial masks would be necessary and that it would be sufficient to pretend to be an ancient Indian woman. I promise never to do it again.
Wooden comb Rosemary
Purchase date: December 12, 2021; cost: 333.09 They stated on the Internet that you must comb it after applying the oil and mask for maximum results. To this end, I purchased a wooden comb. I used it for its intended purpose for a while, especially when I was doing oil wraps, but eventually I found that the pink Tangle Teezer that was already there could handle combing industrial masks just as well, so I quickly stopped using oils. However, it is there and it’s okay that it doesn’t ask for bread. Naturally, I won’t purchase any more.
Essential oils
Rosemary: December 12, 2021, order number: 299.78₺ I made two approaches to them. The first time I read that they should be included with the fundamental ones. The second time was when I learned about aroma combing. I tried it a few times before giving up because I was ultimately unimpressed by both the first and the second. Oh no! And the scent of cloves permeates the rosemary oil intensely. Oils are generally not my thing for delicate scents. In Moscow, the bottle is dejected, and the garbage pile waits for it. Never once more!
Mirolla. Burdock oil with castor oil and vitamins A, E
Order date: December 14, 2021; cost: 439₺/4 pieces. Each one holds 100 milliliters. Applying and feeling this oil was already much more enjoyable. I took one-third of the bottle at a time to use. I applied it to my length and scalp, but I didn’t notice any difference. In Moscow, bottles still remain, waiting to be thrown into the trash. I promise never to do it again.
Concentrates and oils from Zolotoy Shelk
order: December 29, 2021, price 689.61₽/4 pcs.
after all, to try, understand what does not suit and refuse – this is the way for weaklings
Won"t repeat
AHA+BHA peeling from Zolotoy Shelk
Purchase date: December 29, 2021; cost: 83.25 I discovered a beast known as scalp peeling. I added it to the cart after recalling that something similar had been mentioned on this website.
Used on the scalp following a shampoo. It is distributed well in theory, but I haven’t gotten along with peelings, so I didn’t enjoy it. Although it cools the skin nicely, I didn’t feel like my skin was cleaner or "breathing." One tube was sufficient for three uses, and the consumption is not particularly pleasant due to the large head. Every week, I would do it. I didn’t understand then, and I still don’t understand why it’s necessary. Not going to happen again
Thermal hat
order: December 29, 2021, price 560.14₽
Under it, I heated up oil masks, industrial masks, and stimulating masks. Certain outcomes, whether or not a hat is worn, resemble heaven and earth. Overall, it’s a miracle rather than a thing, and I’m overjoyed! I’ve had it with me for over a month now, and I plan to keep it with me on all trips. Important: I only operate in the 45-degree moderate mode. If it breaks, I will buy it.
I’ve tried more than a hundred different hair products over the years, ranging from serums and styling creams to shampoos and conditioners. I’ll discuss my personal opinions of 21 outstanding products in this post; some of them revolutionized my hair regimen, while others fell short of my expectations. You’ll discover honest insights into what worked and didn’t work for me, whether you’re looking for shine, volume, or moisture, to help you make better decisions for your own hair needs.
More serious products
By December 30, it appears that I perused the "modern" section and made the decision to purchase my first conscious professor instead of oil.
Cocochoco Intensive and Kaaral Hydra
Order: 30 December 2021 CCI conditioner 939, CCI shampoo 916, CCI cream 850, and Kaarl Hydra 1146 To put it mildly, I was not impressed with the CCI series. I’ll give the shampoo a closer look because it seemed cool. In August, I’ll be by the water (along with the conditioner and cream).
Regarding the conditioner packaging, it’s completely disastrous. It is so thick that even after I unscrewed it through the hole, it did not fall out! It did not even manage to squeeze out of the dispenser! even following a tremble. I had to literally sprint to the kitchen in my undies to use a teaspoon to remove it. It was not a good impression all around, but I cut the package and put it in a jar. Furthermore, I didn’t see any miracles in my hair.
For the first time ever, the cream I used as a wash-off mask caused my hair to become tangled! This is unlike anything I have ever seen. I’ll give it a shot in various iterations, but I’m prepared to announce that I won’t be going back to the CCI series. * About this series, there will undoubtedly be a separate post.
Hydra is an odorous, infinite substance. I still have more than 100 ml left after using it regularly for six months! I’ll use it up and not bring it back in my current marathon. Hydra provided me with a wealth of information, so even though we did not become friends, I will not view my purchase of it as a mistake.
Kaarl Reale ampoules
Purchase date: January 4, 2022; cost: 2974.07 I bought them because I thought they were Restructure, and I will talk about them in a different post. That is all I have to say about them. To tame, I’ll buy it again.
Kaaral Soffice (mousse)
Purchase: January 4, 2022, 1698.93 I’m not sure what I was thinking when I placed the order. To be more exact, I am aware. I’ve read that everyone loves the Kaaral brand and that having beautiful hair requires some sort of "livin." I bought this mousse after combining it with the search.
Although the mousse is excellent in and of itself, I wasn’t fond of the way it was packaged. I brought it to Turkey, used it just a few times, and threw it away in June.
I can now conclude that mousse can take the place of the "cream" stage of leave-in care, meaning that it can be applied in a full sandwich after spray but before oil. Mousse is incredibly affordable; it would definitely last me more than a year. However, I dislike the way mousse for hair is packaged. Will not purchase again.
Lebel spray
Purchase date: January 14, 2022; cost: 927.9 I placed my order for the spray to be used as heat protection. I preferred the spray format over the cream at that time. The spray performed flawlessly! Considering friability, shine, and heat protection. However, I came to the realization that, at this point, I don’t like sprays in care (I might reconsider them later, who knows).
Although it wasn’t very active, the spray did generate interest in the brand. Not even in the near future, but in the future, I intend to look into Lebel. Okay, but I won’t repurchase it.
Repeat of burdock oil from Mirolla
Order: January 14, 2022; 5 pieces, 100 ml each, 367.35₺. I kept buying oils because, for whatever reason, I wanted them for later. Their destiny is the same as that of all other oils, but I will mention some losses here.
ShGO Angel Professional
Purchase date: January 14, 2022; cost: 471.36 On the website, mysterious flashed everywhere under the acronym SHGO/GOSH. As soon as I figured out what it meant, I knew I had to have it. Why? After using it once and experiencing wild straw, terror, and terror on my head, I resolved to use it again as soon as I had more information.
I didn’t need this miracle at the moment I realized it after receiving the information. I grow my hair natural and use products without silicone. In my situation, there isn’t a single indication that SHGO should be used.
I took it to Turkey, filled two 100 ml bottles with it, and threw away the remainder. Since it has a year left before it expires, I’ll leave it in case, but since I don’t intend to switch to silicones, I think I’ll just pour it out in January of the following year. Will not repurchase.
The Saem (spray)
Purchase: January 16, 2022; cost: 827 I chose to focus on their hair products because I have long loved Korean cosmetics brand The Saem for gentle facial care.
I purchased it because it was mentioned in every post how important it is to moisturize, but I don’t have a moisturizing leave-in spray! Not too bad overall, but nothing exceptional about a spray with a heat-protective feature. Less than Lebel in every way; stays with me only occasionally to use the hair dryer. Will not repurchase.
Centimeter tape
Purchase date: January 16, 2022; cost: 99₺ My devoted companion and friend. Understanding hair growth and measuring its length are beneficial. I think it’s weird to commend a tape measure in general, but it’s one of my best purchases! If I misplace it, I’ll buy it.
Conclusions
I’m happy I stepped on this rake overall. It’s true that some things could have been avoided to save money and effort. But each person follows a different path, and this is how mine started.
Mistakes, should not have bought
Eighteen items for 5665.93₽: oils, concentrates, nicotine, SHGO, mousse, comb, and duplicate spray At best, these products informed me that they are not necessary. Furthermore, they weren’t really necessary for the most part.
Information
Professional products, oil, and peeling – nine jars for 7945.97₺ Products that demonstrated to me what happens with proper hair care. While it is true that the majority of them were unsuccessful, understanding what is required for success would not have been possible without them.

Having tested over twenty-one hair products, I’ve discovered that the best ones to use depend on your unique hair type and requirements. While some products lived up to the hype, others surprised me with how well they performed. It is evident that not all products offer a universally applicable solution.
I’ve discovered that paying attention to how your hair responds is the most crucial thing. While some products caused build-up or weighed my hair down, others gave me amazing shine and volume. All it takes is some trial and error and patience to figure out what suits you the best.
Ultimately, I think there’s no ideal product for everyone, but you can find the ones that give your hair the best look and feel by doing some trial and error. Keep an open mind and don’t be scared to experiment until you discover your go-to favorites.
